1. How do I get my hotel listed on your website?
In order to be listed on our site, your property must be either linked directly with one of our property distribution partners or with a property management company that is linked to these suppliers. This allows us to display your details and provide our customers with an online reservation facility for all our hotels. To have a list of our property distributors e-mailed directly to your e-mail address, use the formhere.
2. What if my hotel is already listed with one of the above property distributors; how do I get on your website?
If your property is currently listed with any of the above agents, we should already be able to get the information to list your property and add you to our website, please allow at least 30 days from registering.
3. What is a property distributor and what do they do?
A property distributor will obtain availability and rates for your property from either you directly or through your property management company. A listing with a property distributor will give travel agents and agencies throughout the world the ability to make bookings for your property. A listing with one of our property distribution partners is required for your property to be listed on World-Stay.com. This will allow us to access your hotel information, rates and availability and offer online reservations for your hotel.
4. What does it cost to be listed?
Your property will appear on World-Stay.com free of charge but the property distributor you choose may require a transaction fee.
5. How do I get listed higher in the search results on the web site?
We have tailored our site towards the site visitor and not the hotelier. We do not make arrangements with individual hotels to put them higher on our site.
6. How do I make changes to my information on your site?
Any changes that need to be made to the information about the property as well as availability and rates need to be addressed directly with your property distributor (Sabre, Pegasus, HRN, and other property management companies, such as Active Hotels, Superbreak, Venere, Travelnow, CNGHotels, StayXS, Bookings.org or Lodging.com). We cannot make these changes for you either directly to the web site or with the distributors.
7. What if the information listed on your site is incorrect?
We cannot make amendments for you, even if this information is incorrect. Any amendments that need to be made regarding your property details need to be addressed directly with your property distributor.
