Location. The Lodge & Spa at Cordillera is nestled in a Belgian-style chateau setting high atop a privately-owned mountain in Edwards, Colo. The Arrowhead Ski Resort is six miles away and Vail Village is 15 miles from the property. Airport transportation is provided for a fee and private helicopter service is available. Hotel Features. Mirador presents an extensive wine list and classic continental cuisine, including Applewood Smoked Rack of Lamb and Blue Crab Cake. The casual Chapparal features vegetarian dishes, prime aged beef and seafood served in a period "Colorado Territorial" setting. The Timber Hearth Grill boasts pub-style fare with international and classic Irish cuisines, while the Grouse-on-the-Green provides a selection of microbrews and Irish fare in the short course clubhouse. The Spa at Cordillera features pampering treatments including Chai tea masks, hot stone massages and caviar facials. An adjacent fitness center boasts indoor and outdoor spa tubs, free weights and cardiovascular equipment. Personal trainers and aerobics classes are available.
