WLAN-Verbindung war vorhanden, aber es gab keine Möglichkeit E-Mails ohne Notebook zu lesen. Ein allgemein zugänglicher Computer wäre wünschenswert.

While we found the room to be clean it was very small for 3 people. Not enough room to even pass one another in the room without having to step aside to let each other pass. For some reason the elevator was not in service and guests had to carry luggage up the stairs (we were on the 3rd floor). They never told us why the elevator was down just that we couldn't use it. There are no non-smoking rooms but the room we had did not smell smoking. The hotel was adequate for the price. Nothing spectacular but from what we saw probably the best hotel accomodations in town.

The hotel was all that had been indicated in terms of accommodation and facilities. We were given a quiet room at the back of the hotel which we had requested. The hotel, we felt, gave good value for money and was well located for visits to Wissembourg, Strasbourg, Colmar and Haut Koenigsbourg. Our only disappointment was a poor quality evening meal which put us off using the hotel's restaurant for lunches and evening meals thereafter. Breakfasts were fine though.
