Two names, but its all really one hotel. Friendly staff, even fed me early breakfast when I had to leave early to catch bus. Easy to find, short walk and easy to get to heart of "Old city" from hotel.

Although the woman at reception was helpful when we arrived, we were very disappointed with this hotel overall (especially given that we were on a romantic break). The decor was unimpressive although the bathroom was fine, but the worst thing was the complete lack of effort made over breakfast. Coffee was from a machine and the food was a small bread roll or 'toast' out of a packet. No proper food, no fruit, no personal service, no real coffee. I would never recommend this place, and the hotel was in the ugly part of town, although not far from the old centre - but far enough. A bit of attention to the breakfast would have gone a long way.

Insoddisfatto per mancanza ascensore, Reception presso albergo Oderisi che si trova al n 2 rispetto all'Hotel Balestrieri che è al n 12 senza custodia e porta della struttura sempre aperta inoltre non viene fornita la colazione ma si deve andare presso l'altro Hotel. Più che un hotel pare una dependance abbandonata! Ampiamente insoddisfatto anche se per i primi giorni hanno cercato di risolvere in parte alcune lacune che si sono predsentate verso il termine del soggiorno

It was our first time in Gubbio and we enjoyed it very much. The town is beautiful and I thought the price of ceramics was fantastic. The hotel was hard to find, but it was adequate. If we go again, I would stay at a hotel closer to the shops and higher up, with a view.

The best thing about the hotel was its excellent location on the ege of the old town, but near good, inexpensive restaurants outside the city walls. Parking was also possible free of charge within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. It was a 2 star hotel with a 5 star smile from all the staff. Highly recommended when visiting this magical town.

Hotel location between two busy streets made the small rooms very noisy. Earplugs were required to sleep. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Our bikes were parked in the lobby. Central location was very practical. Ample continental breakfast, but cappuccinos came from a machine.

A very comfortable cheap hotel in a convenient position. Our room had a lovely view of the town.

Hotel in centre of Gubbio, few mins walking from antique parts of town. Good price for quality. Only minus the shower that hardly let pass any water.

We had a pleasant stay and were happy, so we stayed for a second night. The state of repair and cleanliness was let down by the shower cubicle, where considerable mould was present and the fittings neglected and tending to fall apart. This was a pity because the hotel was otherwise comfortable and good value for money.

It was over 30°C and they want we couldn't use the airco in the room. They answered me that it would be too cold in the room!!!!!!! Now we didn't sleep much and it was too noisy(streetnoise) because the window was opened.

A nice efficiently run small hotel. Our room faced onto the main street but no problems with noise due to thick external walls. Easy walking distance to beautiful centre. Car parking might be problematic though we were able to find space nearby. Would go back.

Good location for those of us arriving by bus. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Hotel infrastructure (water supply) struggled to recover from the Italy-wide power black-out.
