Very clean, comfortable hotel. It is family run, and they are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good. For swimming and dining, better to drive to Castiglione del Lago, as the restaurants in Passignano are expensive by Italian standards. The pet dog was gorgeous!

Great place to stay and would book again. Owners speak good English and are very welcoming. Breakfast is fabulous. Very close to the lake so great place to walk. Loved it.

The hotel is very close to Lake Trasimeno although it does not overlook the lake. The rooms were very well equipped and very clean with good quality fittings. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were also very helpful

Perfect place to relax, do nothing - just feel the lake, the air, eat a nice food, have a good sleep. Just that we looked for at the middle of our journey in Italy.

We (husband and wife) travelled by train. The hotel is conveniently located about 500 yards from the station, on the main road, by the lake. The town square is nearby and swimming on the well kept public beach is about 1km along the shore.

A very good family-run hotel in a beautiful little village on the Trasimeno lake. Perfect to visit Umbria and Tuscany.

Very nice, clean and friendly hotel with aircon and fans provided in the rooms. A view from the rooms would have made it perfect!

Lots of parking available near the entrance. The hotel entrance is not the entrance shown on the pictures, but rather one house further. The location was excellent, directly in town and across the street from the coastline.

Siamo stati molto bene nei due w/e invernali che abbiamo passato qui. La camera era molto (troppo?) calda, l'accoglienza molto gradevole e, benchè strimlizito, il bagno annesso alla camera era confortevole e pulito. Albergo raccomandato sia per escursioni al lago, che per la vicina Cortona (solo a 20 Km) ma anche per le vicine città umbre.

Hotel carino con camere tranquille e bagno (stretto) in camera ma comunque confortevole, vicino al centro e al lago ma pessima vista dal balcone, ottima colazione e personale disponibile e cordiale. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Trasimeno. The staff are very friendly and the room was fine. The location is very central, near restaurants (try Del Pescatore!) and the lakeside, and it's only a short walk to the train station. There's a small beach about 15 minutes away, but we found the water a bit too dirty to swim in. Passignano is perfectly located for daytrips into Perugia and Assisi.

Thanks to the staff (and Carmen), our stay at the Trasimeno became an unforgettable experience. Thank you. A decent and honest hotel, offering good, clean rooms and facilities. Whilst the room was airconditioned, the a/c unit could have done with a clean, to prevent a rather unpleasant signature odour. Would definitely make our way to the Trasimeno again, should we be in Passignano.

Very friendly staff. I came down with a virus during out stay and the manager was quite concerned and helpful about my finding the pharmacy, etc.. All staff were very friendly and made us feel very much at home..good parking area and the hotel was in a very nice site....

I regret that we could only stay three days and that the hotel only charged us for the 3, and not the 4 booked.

The location is great; the attitude of hotel owner is very friendly and helpful. As a place to rest while you travel Umbria it is exactly what we have been looking for.
