junior suite The hotel offers 55 guestrooms and suites, elegantly furnished, featuring private bathroom with hairdryer. All the accommodations have a wonderful view over the surrounding mountains, and are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, heating, direct dial telephone, desk, safe, Wi-Fi Internet connection, colour TV with some satellite channels and radio. Some rooms have a balcony and two rooms are specially designed for disabled guests. Cots are available upon request and small pets are accepted. Room service for lunch and dinner is available. The suites are larger than the double standards and feature comfortable sofas and armchairs.

Railroad is just behind the hotel but trains are only few (or no trains at all) during the night. Garage is free. Breakfast is nothing special but ok

Although the building was good, nothing worked in the bathroom (shower water was either burning or stone cold, toilet cistern had to be manually pulled after use as it did not stop, tap on the washbasin leaked and wetted the whold of the top), the drink cabinet in the room did not work, despite our complaining every day, the swimming pool was far too hot, most of the apparatus in the gym were broken, there was no menu in the restaurant, the waiter was most unhelpful. The receptionist lied to us and told us the building site touching the hotel was totally stopped and in fact the workers started at 7.00 am. I would never go there again, nor recommend it.

Superb hotel, new spacious and very clean. In addition small dogs accepted. Staff very helpful. Surroundings not the best, not easy to find. Should make some efforts in the are of the restaurant in employing people having some basics.

If you want to be an internationally booked hotel your employees need to have better knowledge in languages. Even though we both speak a bit french and even a few words italian it has sometimes been problematic to correspond.

It is not that close, or pleasant, to walk to the historic centre. The only complaints would be lack of good lighting, and that the only phone jack was in the bathroom!

The service provided was very poor. All amenity goods were expired, the refrigerator in the room was not filled in, the quality of its breakfast was poor.

By car From Italy: from the A5 highway, drive in the direction of Torino and take the exit Aosta Est. Turn right onto the SS27, then left onto the SS26. Continue through Corso Ivrea and then Rue Clavalité until number 20, where the hotel is located. From France: pass through the Monte Bianco tunnel, follow the signs for Aosta and then the aforementioned indications. From Switzerland: pass through the Gran San Bernando tunnel, follow the signs for Aosta and then the aforementioned indications.
