Ein sehr nettes Hotel der kleineren Kategorie. Mehr als freundliches Personal. Alles sauber und vor allem ruhig gelegen, da kein Durchgangsverkehr möglich ist. Gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist absolut o. k. Wir kommen wieder!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days and found it to be quite accomodating. The sunbathing area is a bit grotty but the most important deficit the hotel has is its location. It is a 20 to 25 minute brisk walk to any of the local buses to go anywhere, we found this quite tiresome.There is nowhere to swim at the hotel if the sea is a bit rough so you have a long walk to the public beaches. My advise is do not stay here without a car.

Great place to stay providing access to Taormina (by car or bus - 15 minutes). Has private terrace leading to the sea where you can swim over rocks. This is much nicer (in my opinion) than joining the thousands of beach goers which lie side by side on rented sun beds at the beach in Giardini Naxos.

Very good place. Staff very friendly and competent. If you want quiet holidays not far from the places - this is it. Tip: To go to Taormina take car or bus to enter funicular from next village. By car you will never find a parking space. Except you are there at 8:00....

We stayed at the end of April in a room with sea view at the Nike and were very happy with that. On arrival in Giardini-Naxos, although the hotel is well indicated, we missed a sign (amidst the many others) and had to make a grand tour of G-N in jammed traffic. There was ample parking space in the small garden opposite the hotel, but in the weekend it was filled rapidly - still you could park nearby. We arrived late and were lucky to get a meal but this was not available every day,as the kitchen was open for a group of children. The room was spacious (5 x 5 metres), with a separate hall, a small bathroom with shower in bath, and a balcony with 2 plastic chairs and table. The sound of the waves kept us awake the first night. The buffet breakfast was excellent with all the bread and coffee you liked, cheese, ham, cornflakes, fruit and a desert. The breakfast room has sea view, but we saw no one taking breakfast at the tables outside (must be wonderfull in the season). There is no sand beach but the hotel has a concrete pier with chairs and there are stairs into the sea. The rocks would be a problem for small children or with a rough sea, but the sea was too cold for swimming anyway this time of year. It is a very nice walk from the hotel to Giardini Naxos and back, as you walk along the shore and pass the little marina, with views of Etna and Toarmina.

Habitaciones limpias y confortables, algunas con vistas al mar. El hotel dispone también de una pequeña cala rocosa donde bañarse. Situado en una zona tranquila de Giardini Naxos. Trato agradable.

Directions were our only problem - don't use the website ones!.In the end we relied on the many hotel nike signs spread around the town.Rooms are small but you don't go to italy to spend time in your room.

Hotel and area busier than we had expected. Room fairly basic but a good view across the bay. Self-service breakfast poor. Hotel used by package tours so has a functional atmosphere.

Très bien indiqué sur la route et facile à trouver en ville. Mais les shampoings douche n'ont pas été renouvellés. Ce n'est qu'un détail, mais pour un hôtel de ce prix là...

Wir waren das 2. mal im Hotel Nike. Kleiner Wermutstropfen am Anfang. Es war ein Zimmer mit Meerblick bestätigt und man bot uns ein Zimmer zur Straße an. Es kostete einige Mühe, die Herren an der Rezeption davon zu überzeugen, daß wir auf den Meerblick sehr großen Wert legen. Wir bekamen dann doch noch ein solches, nicht ganz so schön wie beim letzten mal, aber immerhin: Meerblick. Zum Frühstück. Das hat sich etwas verbessert, es gibt jetzt sogar ein bißchen Käse und Schinken bzw. Salami. Allerdings: Dafür muß man sich anstellen, seinen Zimmerschlüssel zeigen und bekommt dann ein Tellerchen. Wenn man allerdings nicht zu zweit "antritt" gibts auch nur 1 Portion. Wir waren 4 Tage da. Die ersten drei bekamen wir anstatt des Caffe di cucina anstandslos einen Cappuccino, am 4. mußten wir den extra bezahlen. Warum ?!? Wir können uns nur vorstellen, daß man im Nike mit dem Frühstücksbuffet schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hat und daß auch hier gewisse deutsche Touristen sich für den ganzen Tag bedienen und kräftig einpacken - Na ja!! Ansonsten war's wieder sehr schön, sehr ruhig und der herrliche Blick auf Meer und Ätna entschädigte überreichlich für die kleinen "Malessen"

Ein wahrer Glücksfall. Wir hatten selten ein Hotel in so schöner ruhiger Lage. Besonders beeindruckte uns der wirklich tolle Blick auf den Etna. Man konnte in der Nacht sogar die glühende Lava sehen. Ein Wort zum manchmal bemängelten Frühstück: Man ist eben in einem südlichen Land - Sicher ist die Auswahl der Speisen nicht sehr groß aber die Qualität ist hervorragend. Besonders der ohne Probleme servierte Cappuccino - anstatt des üblichen caffé latte - war ein wunderbarer Beginn für 4 schöne Tage, die wir in Giardini Naxos verleben durften - wir werden sicher wiederkommen!
