Sono stato molto bene. Il personale è gentilissimo e competente e sempre col sorriso. La singola forse è un po' piccolina ma ha un bel terrazzino. Nel complesso, per quanto ho speso e per il fatto che l'hotel stesse vicino alla stazione e agli imbarchi, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto. Apprezzatissima la possibilità di usufruire di Garage chiuso senza ulteriore spesa.

This Hotel good be great--- it needs some over due upgrades --- new wall treatments and new carpeting. Hotel provide excellent dinner menu, though somewhat pricey. Close to rail and ferry service; the area serious lacks in alternative dining establishments.

The venere.com rate was excellent; however, the only things "four star" about this hotel were the size of the room (a palatial two-room suite) and the sparkling clean bathroom. The room itself was rather shabby, with dreary, dark decor. The air conditioning was centrally turned off in the middle of the night, obliging us to open the windows (letting in unwelcome street noise and traffic fumes). Internet access in the lobby is a plus. Very close to train station.

The hotel stars on web were not accurate. The hotel needs to be updated,the room was very noisy and not very clean.
We've had a "de luxe" room that turned out to be a very spacious apartment at a reasonable price. The only negative was the age of the hotel - already needs a remodelling. However evrything still worked fine.

By car From Palermo/Catania, take the Messina Centro highway exit and turn left in direction Via Cesare Battisti. Proceed along Via Battisti until Via Tommaso Cannizzaro, turn right and you will find the hotel at the end of the street, on the right hand-side.
A private garage is available on the premises, subject to availability (maximum height 1,65 metres).
