hotel outside The hotel is situated in a distance of not more than 1.000 metres from the historical centre, in a sunny and quiet position with marvellous views over the town and the green umbrian hills. it is an ideal starting point for excursions to the centres of our region and to the adiacent tuscany and marche where you can find art and tradition in abundance. In addition the hotel has got three conference rooms with 20 to 150 seats and equipped with state-of-the-art technical appliances. situated in a well-tended garden you will find our swimming pool and it is very tempting to linger in this pretty spot. a biliard room, reading room, bar, garage and a spacious car park complete our service offer.

All goog, but the doubleroom was too little, very quiet but not spacious.

the room is small than we expected,although the hotel is 4-stars.There was not a bath tub.

The hotel staff were excellent and the restaurant was very good too but a nearby nightclub was very noisy on Saturday night.
