reception At the centre of the province of Siena, in the heart of a land once settled by the Etruscans, in a quiet and panoramic position, lies the Hotel Di Murlo.The hotel also has a swimming-pool, tennis court and large private car park. The hotel has a large lounge-bar, a spacious dining-room and rooms with private bathroom, telephone and television on request. Typical Tuscan cuisine personally cared for by the proprietors.

The staff at the hotel are so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. The food is good. The pool is great to relax in on a hot day. A great base to explore the area from.

This was our first night in Italy, we found it difficult to locate the hotel as we approached from the west, a detailed map would be useful. That said, there was a warm welcome, the food was fine , the rooms were as described. Rooms at the back are next to church bells so be prepared for the chimes. Hotel is in a pleasant village and would recommewnd this as a place to stay again.
