Good quite hotel but old one, 2 minutes far from the see. The staff is very polite - as a family. The best variant if you don't need to spend much time in the hotel and don't want to pay much for staying. Chiavari is a very pleasant place!!!!

I was travelling on my own, it was my first time at Hotel Torino; the stay was ok, staff very helpful and nice. I think it is a little overpriced,and the bathroom needs refurbishing.

La camera era carina e molto spaziosa, ma non c'era aria condizionata e questo, sommato al materasso molto duro ed ai rumori dovuti alla vicinanza alla ferrovia, ha reso il riposo notturno un po' difficoltoso. La colazione tutto sommato non era male, ma nemmeno particolarmente rimarcabile: buone le crostate e la focaccia, il resto nulla di speciale. Ottima la location, direttamente sul lungomare e facile da trovare. In generale non ci siamo trovati male, ma forse, ad essere completamente onesti, 3 stelle per questo albergo sono troppe...

Está en primera línea del mar. Reservamos el Hotel para una noche de paso hacia el sur de Italia. El precio es algo elevado (80€) para lo que ofrece pero también depende de la época del año en que vayas a pasar y de la competencia. Las habitaciones, aunque amplias, necesitan una renovación. En recepción, a veces hay una chica peruana muy amable que te facilita cualquier información. Gracias a ella, pudimos conocer los alrededores utilizando el tren, cuya estación se encuentra a menos de 15 minutos del Hotel.

Hotel is definetly NOT a ***. Should be at max. **. Fornitures are world war 2. Breakfast is worse than hostel. Rooms are too large, but too noisy (you won't sleep at all). It's not the right place to rest if you travel for business.

Enjoyed our stay. Reception staff had good English skills and were most helpful in restaurant suggestions and for other hotels on our travels.Breakfast was quite good.Parking under hotel was tight so I parked for 2 nights in a city lot nearby,for no charge.

No complaints at all. Nice hotel, comfortable and well located. Entry to the carpark is a bit of a challenge!

There was a very warm welcome when we arrived and helpful staff throughout our stay made it even more pleasant. One member of staff even advised us on where to visit and how to get there. Breakfast was much better than average continental breakfast and the staff were friendly and polite.

The personnel at this hotel were wonderful, helpful, and kind. The hotel itself is nice, albeit the rooms are a little small. Our room opened to the waterfront and it was quite nice to look out on the chiavari waterfront. There is a kind of seedy bocce ball/panino bar across the street which was amusing. Getting out of the parking below the hotel was gruesome, but doable. We were there in winter for New Years, it is probably a lot more crowded in summer, so we feel lucky. The weather was mild and sunny, a bit cold in the mornings and nights. The bed consisted of a foam matress on a solid foundation which was uncomfortable and a bit cheap for a three star hotel. All in all I would recommend this hotel for a few days, if for nothing else but its convenient location. Also, breakfast was good here for a continental type breakfast.

Location (Chiavari) is great if you want to explore the whole coast and the hotel is on the coast. In general, the hotel is simple but very nice, with very helpful staff (all English). But, the breakfast is pretty bad. Oh, well, you can always top it up afterwards!

The only problem was that we had to use the shaders becouse the room was at the groundfloor and everybody could see what is in.

The hotel was OK, but we were given a room on the ground floor. It was EXTREMELY hot - no air flow, no air conditioning. We got very little rest. At this price, I hoped for more comfortable accommodation!

The hotel was directly across from a nice local beach. The city is not as nice as many others in the area, but had few tourists, a nice beach, and great access to the entire region. The staff were very nice.

My room (single room) was clean, but very small and a bit noisy (railway). Breakfast was average, the service was friendly and helpful. Price was a tick too high.

This hotel is very expensive in comparison with the quality of the services offered. The room was old, dirty, old-fashioned with a small and dirty shower in the bathroom. Chiavari is not a charming place I would recommend to spend one's vacations. There is a great problem of parking lot and you run the risk to get a ticket if you park your car in front of the hotel. Employees, especially the reception staff was enable to speak another language than Italian and wasn't welcoming. Even for one night, I wouldn't recommend it.
