HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
From El Prat Barcelona airport
By train: a convenient train service connects the airport with the main railway stations in around 20 minutes. Get off at Sants railway station and proceed by a local train to Sabadell (travel time: 25 minutes). From there take a bus to the hotel.
From the Barcelona harbour
Take the underground line 3 at Drassanes station and get off at Plaça Catalunya station. Once there, you can take the Renfe train to Sabadell (travel time: 25 minutes).

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available from midday to 6 p.m. In case of later arrivals guests are kindly asked to communicate their exact arrival time in order to confirm their reservation.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If clx is not done before 48 hrs one night will be charged. For PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE rooms, the total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of the booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
