The hotel is situated in the Algarafe area (famous by its historic past, gastronomy and wines), in a quite rural place, only 5 km from the Seville centre, with the Cathedral, La Giralda, El Archivo de Indias, La Torre del Oro, El Alcázar, Palacio San Telmo and Palacio Las dueñas. Within the property guests are offered an array of services including 24 hour room service, restaurant, tourist information, courtyard, outdoor pool, sunbeds, meeting and banqueting rooms.

We stayed at this hotel last year (2006) and it was very pleasant. Regrettably, things have gone downhill since. We had to ask for a room move as the first one was over the main road and smelled of sick - but the alternative wasn't any better as it was over the bins and there wasn't enough room to swing a cat, grubby with broken fittings and appliances, dirty towels. Breakfast area was littered with uncleared tables, virtually no choice of food or drink except for toast, but nothing to put on it! And it was a Smoking Allowed area ...! The Head Receptionist was the only member of staff who made an effort, the rest were indifferent and surly. We couldn't face another night and checked out next morning. Don't know how many stars it's meant to have but it doesn't deserve any at the moment! What a shame.

El hotel deberÃa aumentar la plantilla para mejorar el servicio, ya que este es deficiente a pesar de la diligencia de los empleados existentes.
