We were in a two bedroom suite. The room is run down, poorly maintained. there's water on the floor in the kitchen. kitchen utensils are in such a poor condition that we had to order pizza in the middle of the night. Turned out to be that the pizza was so awful that we left more than half in the bin...and that cost us Euro 25 !?! ( We later found out that a gourmet pizza in a nice Italian restaurant is less than Euro 10 !!!). Molds are all over in the toilet. Air-con was not working properly. It stated as 4 star hotel but the quality is far poorer than the other 2 star hotels !! Although staff were trying to help but nothing they could do. The hotel was really poorly maintained. Throughout the trip, we were impressed with the quality and cleanliness of other accommodations in Spain. This one is truly exceptional !!! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Junior-Suite is big, clean and comfortable. Ideal for a couple with two kids. The hotel emplyees were very kind and ready to help.

No recomendaría este hotel, que ni de lejos es un 4 estrellas, no se que criterio habrán seguido para darlas. En la habitación había hormigas en cantidad, incluso entre las sábanas, por la mañana despertamos con picotazos. La calefacción al enchufarse es muy ruidosa y al ducharte queda el baño lleno de agua por la ineficacia de la mampara de la ducha, además, en la publicidad ofrecían secador de pelo, por poner un ejemplo, y este brillaba por su ausencia.

hotel ist sonntags und abends nicht mir öffentlichen verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen das bad und küche waren in erbärmlichen zustand (kacheln z.T. weg, aus kühlschrank und der wand lief wasser) in der küche gab es weder tassen noch teller .... die reaktionen auf beanstandungen waren eher langsam und wenig einfühlsam und konnten natürlich auch nicht ausreichend behoben werden; gut war die größer der räumlichkeiten

Nothing to say but the hotel is a little bit far from Sevilla(you need a car to go there)... Unless you have a GPS you will probably look after the Hotel for a long time! I would strongly recommand it!

Would benefit from the provision of a microwave in the kitchenette.

We stopped for 5 nights over Christmas and the only complaint was that the restaurent facilities were not open as advertised and the unit only had hot plates, no oven or micre wave. The location was very good for us as we had a car.

outside building is run down, corridor and rooms being redecorated during our stay. 207 did not have any crockery or cutlery available we had to ask and those provide were not ideal. room is also above garage automated door entrance which was noisy early and late.

Dos recomendaciones importantes: 1.-Los cuartos necesitan mantenimiento del plomero. 2.-El mapa que tienen en recepción es el que se debe publicar en la WEB. Dos felicitaciones: 1.- El rumbo es inmejorable. 2.- La amplitud lo hace a uno sentirse bien.

Evevrything was excellent, the only thing we missed was a restuarant either in the hotel or in the surroundings nearby. Best regards Lennart Brogren

We made the long distance call to check how far hotel was from central Seville and were told that there was a bus from the hotel to central every hour PLUS we were only 7kms/10 mins away. On arriving, 1) we were not only shocked by how far the hotel was, through the residential roads (cab got lost as not familiar!) - NOT 7kms; 2) the hotel bus only runs on WEEKENDS; 3) it took 2 public buses that came once every hour and the ride took up to 40++ mins 4) Last bus was at 9:00pm and a cab cost between central and hotel was nearly 20 Euros PLUS, 5) Hotel staff was NOT helpful or concise in helping us such that we found our more information from the ppl at bus stops and stores nearby!! 6) Welcoming/Complementary coffee from their coffee machines were out of order (as told by one of the hotel cleaners as we struggled at the machine!) We moved out the very next day! We had 7 legs in our trip ie. 7 hotel stays - this was the only 4 star we checked in to and it was the WORST by FAR from all that we stayed at. We never even considered of walking out of any other ones we stayed at though rooms were at most smaller. Indeed our expectation was shattered and it certainly put a dent in our plans for Seville as we spent the rest of that day looking for a new hotel to check in to! I recommend that you ensure that the correct information is given about this hotel so that ppl can make an accurate decision. For those that do not intend to travel around Seville much and just want a decent and cheap hotel to just relax at, then may be this is for you!

The room was spacious, and what you would expect from a four star property except that it seemed quite old and a bit rundown. Our room was dusty as if it had not been rented for a while. The fridge was old and mouldy due to being left off for a while. Also on checkout, we were asked to pay tax on top of the price quoted by Venere. After querying the bill, eventually the extra was removed. Don´t think about going here unless you have a car, or are prepared to pay for taxis into Seville centre.
