hotel outside The Regent Palace Hotel is situated in the heart of Dubai, in the Bur Dubai district, opposite to the Bur Juman Shopping Mall, within walking distance of the banks, shopping areas, Karama and Bur Dubai Souk and only 5 km from the international airport. The property features comfortable and elegant guestrooms, several bars and restaurants serving Indian, Chinese, continental, Thai, Japanese and European cuisine as well as a fitness and wellness centre with outdoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, massages, sauna and Turkish bath.

A continental and an American breakfast buffet is served in the Coffee Shop from 7 a.m. onwards. Breakfast can be served directly in your room, on request.

When we arrived in the hotel the woman told me that NO RESERVATION there was at my name. I had to show the print of reservation to have a room and they tried do not confirm the rate. After many complains they accepted the reservation and rate. For each question the girl came to director because she was without any experience. Also we have a problem with the sink and after 4 calls and 1 hour, a maintenance operator arrived.

I ve stay in this hotel many many times, i like because is very close to Burjuman shopping shopping centre just opposite. This time when i arrived no rooms was available till late so when i check in they upgrade me, and when i arrive offer me a full breakfast voucher as well. I arrive in the hotel a 7am, and normally the checking time was much later. I like they breakfast very much because it is oriented Indian with of course continental choices as well. I like to try different foods. The staff is very good specially cleaning staff they clean the rooms as soon as asked. The only problem in this area is the construction of Dubai Metro so do not make easier for the traffic. Only one suggestion they should have a coffee maker in room, i am used to drink lot of tea and do not have this choice.

I ve stayed on and off during 15 days in this hotel VERY GOOD LOCATION just opposite Burjuman Shopping Centre. The staff very polite and efficient special thanks to Elena a receptionist very professional & helpful. Good breakfast(large choice of different variety)
You can park your car close to the hotel, subject to charges. Prices are available upon request.The hotel can also arrange a transfer service from and to Dubai airport, subject to charges.
The Rock Bottom Café, open daily from noon to 3 a.m. with an American 60's and 70's atmosphere, will tempt you with its excellent cuisine and will allow you to enjoy funny nights with live music and DJs.
