holiday villa - exterior Situated only 15 miles (24 km) from Orlando's Walt Disney World Resort and 18 miles (29 km) from Universal Studios, the Universal Resorts International Villa Resort is an ideal destination for families and groups seeking superior lodging and terrific resort amenities in close proximity to all major Orlando attractions. The property offers beautifully appointed family-sized private villas equipped with all the comforts of home, and a wide range of on-site amenities to please all age groups, including a delightful jogging track, lakeside picnic and barbeque area, children's playground and laundry facilities. The Outpost Clubhouse, where guests can check-in, order attraction tickets or plan their holiday with a friendly guest service associate, is the ideal spot to grab a drink, chat online in the net café or access the Wi-Fi network and surf the web. Opening in spring 2006, guests will also enjoy a variety of high quality health and beauty treatments on-site at the resort Day Spa.

family room The resort features ample three and five bedroom private villas in various floor plans ranging from 1,700 to 2,000 square feet (160-185 square metres), each designed to offer plenty of space for whole families to be together whilst enjoying the privacy of separate bedrooms. Standard villa amenities include open air patios and/or balconies, fully equipped kitchens with full size appliances, 27-inch cable TV, alarm clock radio, telephone, individually controlled air conditioning, ironing facilities and a start up supply of fresh linens, towels and toiletries.
My family and I enjoyed to much the hotel. The villa was bigger, the rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were bigger too. There was clean it and had all the amennities. The bad point was that the bathrooms don´t have hair dryer. I think if my family will have a new vacation we choose the hotel again.
By car From Orlando International Airport:Take the south exit (Kissimmee). Continue driving south, passing under the 417 Expressway - DO NOT EXIT ONTO 417. Continue driving straight (you are now on Boggy Creek Road). Turn right at the traffic light with the Circle K gas station, this is also Boggy Creek Road. Pass Osceola Pkwy and Buenaventura Blvd. The next intersection is Fortune Road (Chevron gas station ahead on the left). Turn left. Pass a Publix grocery store on the right. Universal Resorts is the third gated community on right. From Out of State:If you enter Florida via I-75 take I-75 to the Florida Turnpike South. If you are arriving from North Florida or enter Florida via I-95, take I-95 South and merge onto I-4 headed West to Florida Turnpike South. Continue along the Turnpike, pass the Kissimmee Osceola Parkway exit and take the next exit; Kissimmee 192- Exit 244. Turn right at the light with Highway 192. Go one block and turn right at the light with Simpson Road. Drive past the Osceola Co. Sheriffs department. At the next light (Chevron gas station on right) turn right on Fortune Road. Pass a Publix grocery store on the right. Universal Resorts is the third gated community on the right. From Interstate I-4 Heading east from Tampa:Take Exit 62 (Disney/Celebration) and continue on Highway 417 North to the Landstar Blvd Exit. Turn right and continue South on Landstar Blvd. This road will become Buenaventura Blvd; continue straight ahead continue until you reach a T junction. Turn right at this light onto Boggy Creek Road. When you come to the intersection with Fortune Road (Chevron gas station ahead on the left), turn left. Pass a Publix grocery store on the right. From Florida Turnpike Heading South:Continue along the Florida Turnpike, pass the Kissimmee Osceola Parkway exit and take the next exit; Kissimmee 192-EXIT 244. Turn right at the light with Highway 192. Go one block and turn right at the light with Simpson Road. Drive past the Osceola Co. Sheriffs department. From Florida Turnpike Heading North:From Miami head north and take Exit 242, Kissimmee/St.Cloud. Turn left onto Highway 192 West. Proceed to the traffic light with Simpson Road (Saturn Dealership on left). Turn Right on Simpson Rd and drive past Osceola Co. Sheriffs Dept. Turn right onto Fortune Road (Chevron gas station on right) at the next light. Pass Publix grocery store on the right. Universal Resorts is the third gated community on the right. From The Lake Buena Vista Area:Take State Road 535 South and turn left on Osceola Parkway. Turn right on Buenaventura Blvd. Continue until you reach a T junction. Turn right at this light onto Boggy Creek Road. When you reach the intersection with Forturne Road (Chevron gas station ahead on left), turn left. Pass Publix grocery store on the right. Universal Resorts is the third gated community on the right. From West Kissimmee:Follow directions from Lake Buena vista along Osceola Parkway or take highway 192 East. After passing Main Street, approximately 3 or 4 lights on, turn left on Boggy Creek Road. Continue straight on Boggy Creek Road through approximately 2 lights and past the Chevron gas station on the right. Boggy Creek Rd. will become Fortune Rd. Pass Publix grocery store on the right. METHODS OF PAYMENT Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
SPECIAL CANCELLATION POLICY We DO NOT require any security deposits. We require a credit card authorization form with a valid Visa, Master Card, American Express, or Discover Card number and a signed 'Damage Waiver Certificate' at check in. The non-refundable 'one-time' fee is $49.00 for all 3 bedroom condos and $69.00 for all 5 bedroom condos and Private Pool Homes.This Damage Waiver Fee relieves our guests of the cost for unintentional and incidental damage to our rental property and its contents. The damage waiver fee does not cover intentional damage, theft, unauthorized pets, occupancy after 10 a.m., extensive cleaning after check-out, smoking in non-smoking units, exceeding occupancy or parking limits, and any other charges including fines imposed on the proprietor by the city, county, state, or home owner association as the result of violation of any law or ordinance by guest or visitors of guest. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in: check-in is possible after 4 p.m. Guests are kindly asked to advise an estimated time of arrival. Check-out: it is necessary to leave the villas not later than 11 a.m. INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE Local tax is not included in the price.Parking is free of charge.Access to laundry facilities is free of charge.Access to on-site sporting facilities is free of charge.
