Fantastic hotel - great central location, yet very private. The hotel staff were superb and went out of their way to welcome us. We stayed for four nights and will definitely stay there again on our next visit to Rome. Rooms were spacious and well equipped as well...well above our expectations. Breakfast was included at a cafe a minute walk away. Can't say enough about Locanda!

We loved the hotel very much, very friendly and helpful staff and a location right in the center of all that is beautiful in Rome. Shopping, eating and drinking all in walking distanc, perfect after a day of walking through Rome. Also excellent for families.

Overall my one night stay was satisfactory, however, I did find the hotel a little hard to locate and there was a thunderstorm at the time. Needless to say I arrived a little bedraggled! Perhaps the map and/or instructions could be improved for those travelling by the Number 64 bus?
What a great location - I could see Piazza Navona from my room; the Town House is 2 mins from Campo Di Fiori and the Pantheon and right in the middle of the historical centre. Although the rooms are quite small, they are very clean and very adequate. The 7 rooms are on the second floor of an apartment block. Breakfast is as the locals would have it - cappucino & pasta at a local cafe/bar. Be warned - there are no facilities at all for people who arrive on early flights. There is also 2 flights of stairs - so heavy bags can be a challenge. Would definately stay here again - a hidden gem!

Very good location. We were halfway between the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. We walked almost everywhere (it was a 20 minute walk to the Vatican). We did take a cab to the Colleseum, but probably could have walked too- it was just a bit warm that day. The staff were very friendly and offered suggestions for eating etc. Great place to stay. Just be prepared to climb some stairs (about 40 to get to the rooms). Not recommended if you have health issues or have small children.

Location is excellent between P. Navona and Campo d Fiori; Airport-Service provided is recommandable; Breakfast in a Cafe near the hotel; only negative point: it was hard work to get a second key for the hotel-entrance over night.

A great place to stay near everything.Very friendly staf,clean room, big bathroom. We(3 friends in the 50th from Denmark)shared a triple room and had plenty of space.Breakfast in the nearest bar were no problem.

El hotel y las habitaciones son pequeños pero muy agradables y confortables.En la foto no se aprecia bien la habitación,es más bonita en la realidad.La cama gigante,habitación limpia,poco ruido,baño bastante bien.Te cambian las toallas y limpian a diario.Las chicas de la recepción muy agradables, sobre todo, la de la tarde, atiende y te ayuda en todo lo que le digas.La zona es una auténtica maravilla...impresionante,lo mejor.No cogimos ninguna guagua ni metro ni nada,toda Roma caminando,tienes todo muy cerca y por la noche el ambiente precioso.En la calle Parione hay una trattoria barata (Dal PaÃno) y al lado la Taberna Parione en donde se come muy bien y no es caro.La zona una maravilla a 100 mts de Plaza Navona y a 200mts del Panteón.Lo recomiendamos.El precio un poco caro si lo comparas con los preciosos hoteles españoles (sobre todo con los de Canarias de donde somos nosotros), pero por la zona vale la pena.VolverÃa sin pensarlo.Roma enamora.Que disfruten tanto como nosotros.

Accueil excellent, situation géographique idéale. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un bar à côté. Malheureusement, ils changent de prestataire au mois d'août et l'accueil pour le petit déj. est plutôt froid. Mais à part ce tout petit bémol (qui à priori ne se produit qu'au mois d'août), cela reste un établissement que nous recommandons fortement. Déco moderne en chambre, ce qui crée un joli contraste avec la petite cours intérieure.
What made our stay so nice was the young lady at the desk who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Room quite small, but comfortable with nice bathroom. Would have liked better lighting. Entrance courtyard pretty dreary, and 2 long flights, but that great young lady carried our bags!!

Great central location, within walking distance of all major sites from Vatican to Colosseo, or short bus ride. One block away from Piazza Navona. Rooms small, but clean and with modern decor. Free breakfast (pastry and cappuccino) in cafe with sweet owners in adjacent street. Staff with limited English but friendly. Throughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends.

Great location, nice rooms, and I would continue to give a list of all the good things about my stay with this hotel had they not decided to move all of my belongings from my room into another, smaller and problem ridden room (shower wouldn't stay in wall bracket, air con. didn't work, bin in toilet not emptied) without informing me while I was out in the city on my second night. What made this worse was that they claimed a water leak was the cause of this unfortunate change, but when I demanded to see the unlikely disaster, I was steadfastly denied the opportunity, and later admitted to that they had "made an error" and my (much bigger and more comfortable) room was now some one else's. Their dishonesty brings out my honesty- nice hotel, I like to think I was just unlucky, but dissatisfied customer.
A great little hotel in a perfect location. I'd love to stay there again. A+ experience

They made us pay in cash and the in room phone did not work. There was also construction in the main enterance. The location was fantastic and the room and bathroom were quite large.

By car The property is easily reachable from any point of the Grande Raccordo Anulare, connected to all main highways. Follow the indications to Roma centro. It is forbidden to enter the area where the property is located by car, so guests can park their car close to the Termini railway station or along the Lungotevere and reach the property by taxi or by one of the several bus lines available. For example, bus 64 going from Termini to St. Peter. By train The structure is 20 minutes by bus from the Termini railway station. By airplane The Roma Fiumicino airport is connected to the city by highway or by a local train service, called Leonardo Express, leaving every 30 minutes for Termini station.The Roma Ciampino airport is just a few bus stops from underground line A terminus Anagnina. The ride to Termini takes about 20 minutes.
The hotel can arrange on request a pick-up service from and to the airport, subject to charges.
