A very spanish experience. Calatayud is off the tourist track and worth a visit. The hotel was clean, the aircon worked, the local square was worth a visit if you like people watching, the evening meal in the hotel was good and inexpensive (14 euros each including wine and fizzy water), If you are driving across spain and want to stay somewhere easy to find and wander round a typical non-touristy town, this is worth a visit.
