apartment - exterior The Santa Maria apartment complex is beautifully located amidst the sun-kissed rolling hills of Tuscany surrounded by vineyards and olive groves in the quaint and picturesque village of Alberi, in the municipality of Montaione, about 40 km away from Pisa and 45 km from Florence. The apartment features delightful holiday apartments, tastefully and conveniently appointed with great care and attention by the owners themselves. The family-run property offers a simple yet welcoming atmosphere and ensure guests daily assistance for every need. In addition, only 300 metres away there are several shops and a bar open 7 days a week. The property is open all year round.

apartment - triple room Casa Vacanza Santa Maria offers comfortable, self-catering apartments, each appointed with terracotta flooring, wooden beams, stone arches and oak furniture. All accommodations feature a fully equipped cooking corner with refrigerator, kitchenware and dishwasher, elegant bedrooms with wrought iron beds and orthopedic mattresses, private bathroom with shower, individually controlled heating (extra charge), linen, direct dial phone, colour TV and radio. Hairdryers, baby cots and ironing facilities are provided upon request. Each apartment has its own terrace or patio equipped with garden furniture, to enjoy breakfast or simply relax in the sun. Small pets are welcome. One disabled-accessible apartment is available.

We would highly recommend this accomodation-grounds were beautiful and well kept.Staff spoke english and were very helpful. We would love to go back for a longer stay next time.
By car Take the Firenze Scandicci exit of the A1 highway and then the freeway Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (blue road signs) towards Pisa-Livorno. Proceed for about 30 km and take the S.Croce sull'Arno exit. Turn left and follow the indications to Ponte a Egola. At the roundabout turn right. Then at the second roundabout turn right again and follow the signs to Montaione. After about 500 metres you will come across a set of traffic lights. Go on straight towards Montaione. After about 5 km near the village of La Serra you will find a crossroad, turn right and then immediately left (there is a snack bar on the corner). Proceed along the wide, tree-line road through the village of Corazzano and go beyond. After about 2 km you will arrive at a bridge on the right. Do not go over the bridge, but go straight on following the signs for La Sughera and Alberi. The property is 800 metres ahead on the right.
The property features an outdoor gated parking area.A pick-up service can be arranged upon request and subject to charge from either the train station or the airport.
The apartment complex is surrounded by a spacious and luxuriant garden, quite an invitation to step outdoors and relax in the sun.
