The one major problem I experience at South Beach Hotel was, I booked a Double Room with two Queen size beds, once I was checked in the receptions inform me that I did not book a Double room and I presented him with my confirmation form which stated Double Room without continental breakfast and he still insisted that which was on the conformation form did not mean that. So, I went ahead and kept the single King size bed for the night. By the next morning we spoke with another reception and showed him our confirmation and he therefore provided us with a new room which was a double room with two Queen size.

The hotel was very clean and in an extremely convenient location. It didn't have a lot of amenities, but if you are looking for a very modern, clean hotel with a friendly staff at a reasonably price this is the place to stay.

The second most incompetently designed, built and run hotel I have ever stayed in. Paper thin walls and doors with no closing dampeners meant any door closed (slammed) within 30 feet boomed around the room. Our room was 30 feet up a corridor from reception, no doors inbetween, as a result we could hear the reception TV, the reception phone, the receptionist talking and any guests in reception. It was a miracle we got any sleep at all. Within almost touching distance from our room window there was a 4 story building being built, we were never told when we booked. Cheaply built, badly run with no though for guests in rooms along our corridor. Absolute disgrace, could not wait to get out. Am also writing to complain direct to the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, ever.

At the evening there is the happy hour and you can eat and drink everything free. The hotel is situated at South Beach in good position. The room is very large and confortable. It's about 100mt far from the beach.

this is my second time staying at the hotel, and each time there are problems with the breakfast. I paid for it in my initial bookings, but each time the hotel front desk clerk could not verified that it was there. However, a supervisor came and clarified it on the last trip. There also need to be a more clearer communication and understanding between Venere and the actual hotel so these things do not happen. overall, I totally enjoyed my stay and have recommended the hotel to my friends already...I think it is now little hide away.

Good position, the room on the first floor are noising. The door of bathroom is like an open door, with open inclined wings, a very bad thing.

very pleasant hotel, nice service, liked it really very much.only few minutes to the beach. the only problem no big supermarkets or independent restaurants in the area and the taxi price to/from the airport rose to 32USDollar (web page tells something about 20US Dollars)

I think this hotel does a great job of welcoming it's guests. I/We would stay there again. It's a charming place, off the main street a little, and easy to find. Close to everything. This is a place that the daily travelor could rest one night or 4 or 5 nights. spacious room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The room even had it's own airconditioning control. Nice place

The hotel staff was very nice and very accomadating they were willing to work with you. I was happy to say the room was clean and quiet. Although our nieghbors were not, not the hotels fault though.. the room was Clean and Depicted clearly on the website, needless to say I was pleasently surprised. If you want to stay somewhere not to in the mix but a short cab ride away this is a perfect hotel for you.

I really felt like home! The staff was wonderful and very nice for everything. The rate between price/quality is excellent.

There was a mix up, and instead of holding 2 rooms they whr only holding one. So we ended up with a smoking room (it was clean and did not smell of smoke)

the hotel is located just 5 minutes away from the big names like shure club and delano hotel and basically everything is within short walking distance (shopping, beach, restaurants, etc.). if someone wants to stay in the middle of the "spring break style crowd" this might be the wrong choice but if someone likes the more stylish places to reach this is definitely a good choice. basically it is a very quiet hotel as far as outside noise. the walls are a little bit thin so you might hear your room neighbours quite well. we were very lucky with the concierge/service. they were very helpful and printed us out directions and gave us informations on places to go etc. overall highly recommended.

Of the 3 days that we stayed at this hotel, only once did the hotel offer breakfast. We were told: "The crew did not come in today. They come when they want to." The day of our departure lo and behold there was a lady behind a tiny breakfast-bar where you could buy a cup of coffee or tea and a muffin. That was it. I would not stay there again.

The hotel isn't big and is a little far from the crowd but is in excellent condition and very clean. AAA++++
