The property is an elegant, Art Nouveau style building, at the core of the cultural and social life of the city. The hotel is fully air-conditioned and features a modern and stylish atmosphere with all the comforts including two bars, two restaurants, conference and banqueting facilities for up to 300 people and a Wi-Fi Internet Point. A very special feature of the property is the fully equipped private beach, where you will be able to relax and benefit from the American bar as well as the fitness and massage corner.

The accommodations are furthermore equipped with air conditioning, safe, mini bar, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, heating and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Many rooms have a panoramic view over the sea or the garden.
The breakfast buffet is served from 7.30 a.m. until 10 a.m. in the breakfast room.

Il bilancio del tempo trascorso presso questa struttura non è per nulla positivo. La prima notte siamo rimaste senza luce nella camera. Il manutentore si è presentato solo il giorno seguente, mentre il personale dell'albergo, fino a quando non è stato sollecitato in modo molto pressante, non si è minimamente adoperato per risolvere il disagio. Inoltre abbiamo notato varie macchie sul pavimento, i mobili piuttosto rovinati e l'isolamento acustico pressochè assente.

We like Cervia, we don't like sly people . When we visited Venere.com and we booked the hotel, the photos showed a room INTO the HOTEL. In fact they gave us a room into the RESIDENCE of the hotel, NOT inside the main building, the Grand Hotel Cervia. The room was very tiny, very hot, without balcony as promised; the residence wasn't close to the private shore. We think someone have kid us! How could we trust Venere.com again?

the hotel had given me o room 3 to 4 metres with a little window on the topp. it was like a room in prison.for a better room the hotel ask me 30 euros extra.

A very nice hotel with excellent facilities and a good breakfast included. The room was quite spacious and very clean. Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and shops. No map on the web site so it was difficult to find. Most other guests seemed to be elderly Germans there on a health package tour. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has an old-fashioned charm with a piano player providing the accompaniment for nightly singing in the lobby. The breakfast buffet had a good selection including delicious local cheeses, but lacked fresh fruit. The dinner was quite disappointing and expensive. Local fish restaurants provided much better value and atmosphere. The guest rooms appeared renovated, but were small. It is definitely worthwhile to take a room with a balcony facing the sea. Unfortunately, we had a snoring elderly gentlemen next door during our stay - and the walls are thin! The private beach has good beach chairs, but the hotel charges Euro5.00/day for a towel, so bring your own! There is no gym to speak of, but a computer in the lobby with free Internet access.

In my opinion this is not a 5 star hotel (probably 4). At reception desk no warm welcome, no description of hotel facilities, small and noisy room (probably because of too slim walls).

Room were really small, but quiet and clean
By car The hotel is easily reachable by the motorway A14, exit Cesena Nord or Cesena. Follow then the indications for Cervia-lungomare. By train The hotel is 1 km from the Cervia railway station. By airplane The hotel is 100 km from the Bologna airport, 35 km from the Rimini airport and 25 km from the Forlì airport.
The hotel has a guarded outdoor private parking for about 60 cars.Bicycles are available for free.
The property boasts a nice garden, offering a quiet and verdant environment.
