The food int he restaurant was hardly even edible and the cockatils at the bar where really badly done. The rooms were excellent but all the catering is to be completely reviewed.

The staff were polite and very helpful. We were disappointed that the gym and heated pool will not be ready until March 2006. The hotel is a 30 minutes brisk walk from the main centre and the restaurants in Marina.

An excellent hotel with great modern decor and a fairly corporate atmosphere - although we enjoyed it as a family. Considering it had only been open for two weeks when we arrived, it was well organised and the staff were friendly and helpful. The reception staff spoke good English and were always available to help. The room was clean and spacious - as a family of three we were given a suite at a very reasonable price. There are plenty more things on the horizon for this hotel such as the spa and healthclub currently being built - due to open in 2006. Only downside is that it's a little far from the city centre - circa half an hour brisk walk. But the walk there is pleasurable -along the via Roma - a road lined with shops and cafes.

we arrived at hotel after booking 3 months ahead and surprised to hear we were the first guests. The hotal is beautiful 5 star standard and the manager very accommodating. I'm sure that when they are truly ready for guests in 2 weeks the experience will be fabulous. The room was very modern and of a 5 star not 4 star standard as published. About 15 minute walk into town, or quick cab ride. Also the address on the internet is incorrect and they will amend this. Highly recommend.
By car Take the SS554 road towards Quartu Sant'Elena-Villasimius and follow signs to Cagliari Pirri-Ospedali. Pass the hospitals on your right and continue towards Cagliari Centro. Turn right after the Iperstanda department store and follow the indications to the centre and via Valenzani. At the first crossroad, after the Conad supermarket, turn right and take via Ciusa and then via Bacaredda. Turn left into via Cao di San Marco and then left again into via dei Giudicati, where the hotel is located.
The hotel features a free private parking area.
The T Bistrot, overlooking the inner open-air courtyard with graceful water and light effects, offers the menu of the day featuring mouth-watering specialties from the Mediterranean cuisine, as well as a snack menu with sandwiches, salads and desserts for a quick meal. In the T Bar, elegant minimalist furniture and a courteous service create an ideal setting in which to relax while enjoying a cup of coffee, an aperitif or an after dinner drink.
