The Reception area is within the Restaurant, is confuse when getting in the first time, but once you inform your arrival as new hotel customer the person there is very supportive and provide all intructions and welcome. The Restaurant has an extraordiary breakfast and meal menu during the day, the attention is great. The Hotel's area is safe the sorroundings are ok, but to move to downtown is required to take train and tube - for which the station is 3 min walking from Hotel, and then transportation to downtown is around 30 min -. This is not a luxury Hotel, but if you are looking for a fair price, clean, good size rooms and good service hotel, this is a very nice option.

Nice and quiet hotel near by an S-bahn station ,which made the access to Vienna downtown very fast and easy. Excellent quality-price if you have an on-line reservation (otherwise the price is almost double!).

Fantastic is the word to describe this hotel. It is picturesque, has a great restaurent that many locals frequent and staff that go out of their way to help you. English is spoken for us language poor Aussies. The lovely courtyard at the back was an excellent place to have a quiet drink and then have dinner. Even though this hotel is quite a distance from the city the train service is frequent and reliable and an easy walk from the hotel. We will return I'm sure.

I was first time in Austria, traveling with my wife, no GPS, no reservations, just a map of the country and 1 of Wien. We sleept 1 night in a diffrent hotel and in the morning i made the reservation to Stasta via internet and 1 hour later we was cheking-in. Very nice hotel, price/quality more then balanced, free public parking in front of the hotel (good thing considering 3 days of non charge), very competent employees, excelent courtyard (interior one)

Even better than its description! My only point of improvement was the inconsistent shower temperature. Otherwise, Stasta was beautiful, clean, safe, had helpful staff (many English-speakers), provided a great breakfast, had a gorgeous courtyard and quality restaurant, and made our stay very enjoyable. The room was clean, modern, spacious, quiet, and had free internet and comfortable beds. It's a 3 minute walk to the Liesing train station which gets you to central Vienna in about 20 minutes, and the surrounding neighborhood is safe and pretty. Turn left out of the lobby door and up the road you'll hit a great run/walk/bike trail with parks and playgrounds as it follows a creek. There are various bakeries, cafes, and shops in the immediate area as well, and there were a few market stalls set up on Friday morning just outside the hotel. I'd eagerly return and recommend it to anyone!

Excellent Hotel for the money. Outstanding meals and probably should advertise this more. We stayed here 4 days and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Only a few minutes walk to a major bus terminal. Staff friendly and helpful, and spoke english. Also should emphasize the lovely courtyard with tables/chairs, gardens, water fountain. One small complaint, should ensure guests are aware that after the Sunday breakfast buffet, no further meals are served on Sunday. There is a notice on the menu outside the Hotel/Restaurant (in German only) which we missed. In the immediate vicinity there are only a couple of eating spots open Sunday, McDonalds and another small quick food establishment. One has to travel a distance to find an open restaurant.

My husband and I stayed at Stasta for nearly a week and even though it was out of town, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were very helpful, and breakfasts were great, especially the eggs cooked on request. The hotel is located a short walk from trains and buses and it is a 20-30min train ride to the centre of Vienna. If staying in summer please beware it is hot and there are no fans!

Location: 2-3 min walking to middle distance train station to reach heart of Vienna in 15-20min. A lot of free parking space, more than perfect me with car driving approach. Room: spacy, quiet and very clearn. Enough simple and basic equipment for single men. Breakfast: seems homemade bakely, applecake (stuhdel?), simple but more than enough variety much more than expected, never regret. Staff: very very polite, helpful and kind. Made me felt come back to grandfather's home.

L'hotel è lontano dal centro, che però è facilmente raggiungibile con vari mezzi di trasporto. L'accoglienza è stata ottima anche perchè c'era un simpatico signore che parlava italiano. La camera accogliente e spaziosa si affaccia su un bellissimo giardino stile austriaco. Il ristorante molto curato nell'arredamento offre piatti di ottima qualita' e la colazione a buffet è stata completa. Davanti si parcheggia gratis. Very nice!

Piccolo ma confortevole hotel nell'immediata periferia di Vienna. Nelle vicinanze stazione della metro e stazione degli autobus, banca, posta, mc Donalds, alimentari. Unica pecca la mancanza di ristoranti in zona. Il centro di Vienna è raggiungibile in circa 15 minuti. Qualsiasi indicazione e menù (nel ristorante dell'albergo) è esclusivamente in lingua tedesca. L'unica persona che parla un minimo di inglese è il gestore dell'albergo. Ottima la cucina del ristorante dell'albergo (anche se un po' caro) e per gli italiani un 10+ al cappuccino dell'albergo !! Come quello italiano. La prima colazione compresa nel prezzo è abbondante e ben fornita sia con alimenti dolci sia con alimenti salati. Le camere non sono molto spaziose,ma ben pulite e confortevoli. No bidet, no serrande o veneziane ( ma solo tendine).In camera è presente la tv ma solo con canali tedeschi. Ogni mattina è fornita una bottiglietta d'acqua per ogni persona. E' possibile rientrare nell'hotel anche dopo la chiusura dello stesso in quanto la chiave della camera apre anche la porta d'ingresso. Per chi raggiunge Vienna in auto è presente un parcheggio (non custodito) davanti all'albergo. CONSIGLIATO !!

The property is easy to be reached , with good conections with the public transport . There are a lot of free parking places if you are coming by car . The rooms are spacious , bathrooms clean and O.K. The employees are competent and willing to give you best advices . Breakfast is varoius . I will come back ASAP .

Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Molto comodo rispetto ai mezzi pubblici (efficientissimi): la fermata della U-bahn è a un centinaio di metri. Unica pecca la mancanza di condizionatore che, unita alle temperature elevate, ha determinato un caldo esagerato nella stanza e obbligava a tenere aperta la finestra di notte, con conseguente rumore (molto forte) dalla strada (l'albergo è a un piano solo e la nostra stanza era sul lato strada)...Se ci andate in estate, portatevi i tappi o chiedete una stanza lato interno!

This hotel is an excellent choice for those who want free parking and do not mind spending 20 minutes travelling to the heart of Vienna. The parking lot is just outside the hotel and the train station is about 2 minutes away. The staff were friendly and competent, and the room and toilet were clean, the bed was also very comfortable. Breakfast was normal - a few selection of hams and breads, spreads, yogurt, coffee, tea, fruit juices, milk, cereals and even fresh fruits. The staff asked us if we would like to have eggs (either fried, scrambled or boiled). On the three mornings we had breakfast, we were asked if we wanted eggs only on the first and last day where it was less crowded with guests. The only complain is that we had gotten a room that was facing the main road and the noise from the occasional traffic was disturbing. If we had known, we might have asked for the rooms that face the courtyard instead. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the service and quality. Although the hotel is located in the suburb, the surrounding feels safe and there is even a police station down the street. Highly recommended!

The hotel is ok, the price is good (€35 per person) and very quiet at night (a little bit more noisy during daytime due to a regular traffic). The hotel is at 10 Km from city centre, so you need to drive or take public transports to reach Vienna centre.

The hotel is quite far from the Main Train Station of Vienna. Mistook the info given by a guest and I thought it was near the Main station. However it is near a train station called Liesing which you can take to Vienna city & other areas. We stayed on Saturday and Sunday and was pleasantly surprised by a Flea Market about 100 metres in front of the hotel which starts at 6am. The back portion of the hotel is a restraunt in a beautiful garden. The hotel should display a picture of this area. Breakfast was good and adequate.

Rooms are quite basic but match the pricing structure. Hotel is close to train station so travel into Vienna is very easy. English is not spoken very well by the hotel staff.
