We had a little problem with the written instructions as they referred to traffic lights when they were actually stop signs. However, the yellow signs at the roundabouts got us there with absolutely no difficulty. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. It was the best breakfast we had in all the places we stayed. The staff on the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is very good. The staff is helpful and friendly. The garden and the villa connected to the hotel is well worth the stay. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but the local one in the village is good. The view from the rooms is marvelous. The new swimmingpool area is impressive. We stayed for 4 days and will surely be back.

Breakfasts were fabulous and staff were great. The hotel is very new and swimming pool was not ready. The impression from web advert is that hotel is an old Italian villa, where as hotel is a new building next to the villa and this is very misleading. Having said this the new hotel is very good but instead of being unusual it is really just similar to a number of good quality new hotels in the area. Hotel would be ideal for business conferences and weddings and probably travelling business people but has no evening meals on site.

This is a great hotel with views over the countryside and not far from Pesaro. You need a car as the attractions are a short drive. The hotel does not have a restaurant or didn't during our stay but did provide a nice breakfast in a large well decorated room. I would assume this is a dining room during the busier summer months. The hotel did recommend a nice restaurant (Locand Ricci) in the hill town not far from the hotel (5 min drive) which was beautiful. We also took it apon oursevles to try the restaurant just down the road and were very disappointed. Ordinary food and not pleasant staff. The hotel is in the process of building a very large inground pool which will be great in the summer. The beach is a 15 minute drive away. The hotel is very clean and has very modern rooms and is more along the lines of a western styly hotel. The staff are excellent and the foyer and bar area are well decorated with leather lounges and antique furnishings. An excellent hotel for those who don't mind being slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Pesaro. There are beautiful views and gardens around the hotel.

We really liked this hotel. The Villa Cattani Stuart is a lovely old villa set in attractive grounds with great views of the surrounding hills and the sea in the far distance. The main entrance to the hotel is in a new block which contains most of the accommodation. We had a standard room which was fine, simple but tasteful (ask for room 204, it has the best view). It's possible to stay in older-style rooms which may have more character but are probably less well appointed. The breakfasts were absolutely superb, there were very few people staying and we felt guilty not eating more! No dinner is provided but there's an OK restaurant just up the road. The Cattani Stuart is well signposted but it is still easy to miss a turning when trying to find it from the motorway. A couple more things to mention, the hotel has just changed owners. Also they are building a swimming pool which will be ready in the summer.
This place is outside of town a bit in a small village, but well worth the taxi drive if you're arriving by train. Would be fantastic if you rented a car. The gardens were beautiful and a great place to relax after traveling every other day. It wasn't as expensive as other places we stayed and it was more beautiful than the picures show. We LOVED it!!!

Site et paysage ravissants, mais la villa historique n'offre que 5 chambres! Le jardin est fort beau, mais manque d'endroits accueillants avec des sièges confortables pour lire ou bavarder. Une piscine serait un plus. Breakfast buffet magnifique. Personnel très aimable.
There should be two armchairs and a little table in every room and there could be flowers. There could be a welcome in the room (fruits ore something like that and a bottle of mineralwater)at the arriving. In any case it was all in all a wonderful stay!

Very clean and quiet new hotel in Pesaro area. Little bit far from city center, and bus comutation is once every hour. It's better to come by car.
By car From the highway, take exit Pesaro/Urbino and follow the indications to Pesaro centro. Go past 5 roundabouts and then follow the indications to the stadium or to Fano. Pass 3 roundabouts, stay on the main road (via Gagarin-via Giolitti) and continue past 3 sets of traffic lights. Go straight ahead on via Giolitti and via Fratti and pass another roundabout and shortly after an intersection with 2 sets of traffic lights turn right at the second traffic light into via Flaminia and go straight on for about 2 km. At the hospital, continue for another 500 metres and then turn right at the second sign for Trebbiantico-Novilara. Then follow the yellow signs for the hotel. By train From Pesaro train station, take a taxi or bus number 10, which connects with the train. Get off at the second stop in Trebbiantico, which is right in front of the hotel. By airplane The Rimini airport is 30 km from the residence and connected to the railway station by a shuttle bus. From the station, take the bus directly to the hotel.The Falconara airport is 50 km away and directly connected to the railway station, with trains going to Pesaro, where the connecting bus awaits to bring guests to the hotel.
Guests can park for free in the hotel's parking area.The property furthermore offers free use of mountainbikes for excursions in the area.
