La qualité de l'hôtel Express a contribué à la qualité d'un trop court séjour à Turin. Nous avons été surpris par le bon niveau général des prestations offertes à l'hôtel, de la fonctionnalité de la chambre à la gentillesse du personnel. L'établissement est un peu loin du coeur historique de la ville mais il y a un bus. Très beau buffet pour le petit-déjeuner mais salle un peu petite !

As with all hotels, there are things you like, and things you dislike. This hotel had large rooms, a very accomodating staff, and a good buffet breakfast in the morning that was included in the room price. It had the most handicapped friendly bathroom of all the hotels where we stayed in Europe. The bed was very, very hard. The location was in a light business/apartment living area of Torino. We had to drive several miles to find any of the tourist attractions. Everthing is closed on Monday, the one day we had to look around there. Overall the hotel was just fine, but our stay in Torino was disappointing.

Very large complementary breakfast. It is basically what you can expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The staff are very helpful and speak English. We were only there for one night to try and shake off the time change and did not really spend a whole lot of time exploring the area.

The price we paid for this room, considering that the Olympics were going, on was a great deal. The price included an excellent buffet breakfast that the hotel provides so this was a significant added bonus for my family of four. Parking was free. Staff very helpful.

The breakfast buffet and energetic staff made it hard to leave at checkout time. I would've made up any excuse for more conversation and delicious espressos. Fantastic bunch.
very good hotel, good and friendly staff trying to help wherever they can. difficult to find the place though, a better and more accurate description on the hotels website and some signs on the main streets toward the hotel would really help (as would better street signs in italy in general...).

The savings made by choosing this location where increased by the need for taxi's to get into and back from the centre of town.
Clean, good service, nice breakfast. I have only one complain and big disappointment and that is about the Wireless Internet they provide. Even is done by third party company they should choose a more reliable company. Big signs everywhere they have wireless hot spots. The sign-up procedure slow and painful they require to much information just to be able to connect for an hour. After I signed up the speed connection wasn't higher than 1Kb/sec even the signal strength was at the maximum. I was in need of some drivers and couldn't get them because of the speed connection was all the time less than 1Kb/s

Good service, excellent price, clean restful room if a little generic, very good breakfast. A little hard to find without a more detailed map than this website gives you and asking directions. Good access to major roads but poor access to Turin centro.

Generally very satisfied. However, damage caused to leg by unsecured soap dispenser not dealt with well enough by staff. I shall be takeing up the matter with Holiday Inn.

Hotel hard to find and not really near anything although does run a shuttle service. The rooms are very new and clean but not much character. Great breakfast and secure parking. Ideal for overnight stop. Good value for money.
This hotel was very modern and clean. As a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers), we had a room with 2 big beds which was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Turin is a much bigger city than we anticipated, and we got very lost. Lucca at the desk gave us directions over the phone and brought us in. We were exhausted and hungry when we arrived at 10 p.m., and Lucca recommended an excellent restaurant just up the street. The staff were very helpful, the hotel was very comfortable, and we would definitely go back. Excellent quality and value.

We found it difficult to find a room that would allow 4 people in the same room. The Holiday Inn website did not show that you could book a room for 4. I did have a problem finding the Hotel but I believe that was my fault. Parking was underground and free. Rooms were adequate in size but somewhat crowded when the extra beds were added. Breakfast was 5 star. Staff was helpful with info on the 2006 Olympics. Would stay there again.

A good business hotel; the service would have been excellent, if a bus ticket would have been available at the desk. You cannot buy it in the bus and the tabac-shop is closed at sunday.

L'albergo si trova in periferia, all'interno di un quartiere "dormitorio", però la zona è tranquilla e non ci vuole molto per raggiungere il centro se si dispone di una vettura, in autobus i collegamenti sono meno veloci. La struttura è nuova, il personale è giovane e gentile

This is an excellent choice for business or tours---but it's not within walking distance of tourist attractions and there is nothing to offer children as distraction. The breakfast is bountiful and fresh eggs can be requested. There is also meat and an assortment of homemade tortes that is overwhelming. The rooms are "europeanly" snug but the bathroom is a nice size and the price is exceptional still the walls are thin and people ( a lot of single, loud thirty somethings when we were there)come and go at all hours. There is market on the same street to allow purchase of grocery items.

Una struttura moderna ed efficiente. Un hotel che mi ha ricordato con piacere le catene alberghiere del nord Europa per qualità e cortesia. Ottimo il rapporto qualità /prezzo unico neo la posizione un po'decentrata, meglio munirsi di automobile per spostarsi agevolmente nei punti di interesse della città .

1.I missed a map to the hotel. We spend some time to find it. The description should include a easy way from the motorway to the hotel. 2.We wanted to use the Torino Card for public transport, but that wasn't available in the hotel. Only in the tourist office at the station. It would be an idea to have them available to purchase them in the hotel.
If you want a cheap no frills but good quality place to stay then this hotel will suit you.

Complessivamente una sistemazione più che confortevole. Nota di merito: la squisita cortesia delle cameriere. Nota di demerito: il garage ha solo una trentina di posti auto (l'albergo ha un centinaio di camere), così capita di dover lasciare la macchina fuori dall'albergo, incustodita.

A clean, modern hotel, entirely satisfactory. The bed is the size of a soccer field. The breakfast buffet (included in room charge) is magnificent. The hotel's decision to forgo soap in favor of vials of liquid soap is a bit unusual, but if it bothers you, go to the shops behind the hotel and buy a bar of soap. The only problem is that the location is far from downtown; but the city bus system is excellent and the buses come almost to the door. In addition, the hotel has no restaurant and there are no restaurants in the neighborhood. Da Benito, in Via Siracusa, is the nearest; fortunately, it is excellent.

Angenehme Lage in Wohngebiet, vor der Tür Buslinie ins Stadtzentrum, eigene Tiefgarage. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Personal ist freundlich und spricht englisch. Laute Klimaanlage läßt sich abstellen. Großes Badezimmer. Würde dort wieder übernachten.
