It´s a nice hotel, but we had 2 BIG problems: First: the staff (ALL the reception staff) was too boring, trying all the time sell us some Tango Show byignominious prices, f.ex.U$ 180,00 each person. We got the Cafe Tortoni´s AMAZING Tango Show by 50 pesos each person, we made ourselves the reservation and went there walking - about 150 meters from the hotel - and spent 61 pesos in a nice 3 people meal. Second and decisive problem: in the morning of the day we were leaving the hotel, we asked the reception about transportation to the airport. They advised us against any option excepting the cab service they used to use, "very nice and reliable drivers of a very nice and reliable service". And with a big advantage: we could be sure, because the tax would be pre-combinated, and we had no risk to be robbed by any exploiter. OK, we asked them to order one of these amazing cars to us, at 15:15h. They ordered - we don´t know why...- to 30 minutes before. When the taxi arrived, we were lunching. We asked the guy from hotel about some misunderstood in the time combined, because we weren´t still ready to go. We were assured that all was right, the driver got ahead because he was a carefull man, and would wait for us. When we took the taxi the driver was angry, of course the hotel provided the wrong time, and the costs of the trip were combined in wrong basis, without the pike and parking taxs. We had money to pay only the price that we agreed in the hotel, because we had already made the exchange. We had BIG - almost phisical - troubles with this very thick man, who was terribly agressive with us (a 55 years old woman, a 17 and a 11 years old girls, he realy hited us with predjudice words: "brazilian people never has ´la plata´" screaming with us in the airport arrival. We were humiliated by an estupid man, but the real guilty was the four stars staff from Cambremon Hotel. We were SO sad, because we loved Buenos Aires, but our last picture was a nightmare. We neve

We tried out 2 hotels in Buenos Aires and many others across Argentina, and the Cambremon is by far the worse of all. The staff was less than welcoming, and only smiled once I handed a 10 peso bill for our luggage. Note also that internet is not free in the hotel, and if you have a problem with the computer - as we did - you might as well leave immediately the premises to go to an internet cafe; the staff is not really willing to help. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathrooms too. However, the hotel hall is turned into the restaurant, which gives this weird impression of having breakfast where one should simply be passing by...

This was our first visit. We have stayed in hotels across the world and for its price range this hotel is up there with the best. Our stay in Buenos Aires was enhanced by the hotel and their friendly and efficient staff. In particular, we found the rooms spotless and very well appointed. The buffet breakfast was excellent!

Hotel is spotless and staff are very helpful and friendly. I liked the location, but others may not; it is within easy walking distance of many locations - and a cheap taxi ride from the rest. I never felt unsafe, walking day or night. However the street and sidewalks in the area have a lot of trash.

Just a good hotel in the very heart of the city, from where it's possible to go and from everywhere it's possible to reach at any moment of the day. One little problem, during the reservation the dbl room shoul cost 85 USD but they made me pay 120 USD
