hotel outside The Preluna Hotel and Spa offers an excellent location in the heart of Sliema, right on the seafront and only 180 metres from the shopping centre. All rooms have been totally refurbished and new facilities have recently been added. These include a wellness spa, a brand new lobby and reception and the Triton buffet dining room with open show kitchen and spectacular sea views. Moreover, the hotel boasts two comfortable lounges, with pooltables and large TV screen for major sporting and news events, multi-function rooms for conferences, seminars, banquets and receptions, hairdresser, Internet café and an informal, relaxed atmosphere.

The hotel is located in Sliema, on the eastern coast of Malta, about 8 km from the international airport. Sliema is Malta's predominant residential area with the main concentration of shopping and leisure activities situated along and near its elegant seafront promenade.

We had a very warm welcome. During our stay there was an issue with noise (they are still building part of the hotel) depending which part of the hotel you stay in. Also the main lifts had problems for a few days so people used the service lift! Overall, stay was OK.
By car From the airport, drive towards Valetta until Marsa. Follow the signs to Gozo/Sliema/St. Julian's and drive through 2 tunnels. At the roundabout after the second tunnel take the third turn. Drive through Gzira to the seafront, turn left towards Sliema, follow the seafront to the Sliema Strand and turn left (following the main traffic flow) at the Zara department store. The hotel is 300 metres further up on the left. By airplane The airport is 8 km from the hotel and reachable by car or taxi.
The hotel offers various possibilities to relax and have drink or a light bite in the bar, lounge bar or on the terrace, overlooking the sea front promenade.
