hotel outside Lobby Lounge is a good place to rendezvous over a cocktail or a cosy afternoon tea and has live entertainment every evening. The Lotus Restaurant features an impressive array of Thai-Teochow Chinese dishes that are sure to stimulate one's taste buds with quality cuisine and impeccable standards of service. Its private rooms with good view of the city are ideal for private dining. Swimming Pool and Fitness Center is located on the third level. Just plunge into the pool and enjoy a refreshing dip.Or if you are health conscious, enjoy working out at the Fitness Centre complete with technologically advanced exercising equipment.

Especially it provides complimentary coffee and tea making facilities, large working desk with executive chair, spare telephone connection line and power point for computer. Executive Suite Bedroom has all facilities of the standard room. In additional, it features separate shower cubical. The Bedroom is next to the Lounge Room; give more comfort and convenience to the guest. Executive Suite Lounge Room is the first place when entering the Executive Suite Room. This room has comfortable sofas, large working desk and executive chair, well-stocked mini bar, remote controlled colour TV with satellite TV programs and radio. Presidential Suite Bedroom is designed with meticulous attention to details to meet the high standards of heads of states. Presidential Suite Lounge Room is biggest area in the Presidential Suite. This room features a dining table for 6-8 persons. Nearby is a table and sofas for meeting, watching TV or reading. In another side is a bar counter, flat screen 43" TV, CD player, cordless telephone... The breathtaking view of Hanoi can be seen from this room. Presidential Suite Bathroom is large and luxurious. It is equipped all state-of-the-art facilities and has bathtub with Jacuzzi.
The Melia hotel is conveniently situated in the center of Hanoi. The room on a high floor was very quiet and had a very nice view over Hanoi. The only reservation that we had was that the sauna was out of order and, more generally, the sports facilities were reduced due to an upgrade in progress. Overall, a very pleasant 5-star hotel at a reasonable price.
