Situated in the heart of the island, on the Inca-Sencelles road Km.3,8, it is the perennial guardian of the Sierra de Tramuntana which rises behind it. The estate boasts an enormous extension of over one million square meters. All of this while maintaining a perfect balance between tradition and modernity. Our flavours which are cared for with indulgence and dedication of our home-grown vegetables and herbs, an exquisite confectionary, our basket of breads made in the inspiration of the moment, lighting up details...A continual coming and going of culinary art.

double room This house has sixteen rooms between suites and double rooms, with the feudal noble charm and the traditions of times long past. The period decor boast absolute tranquility, between works of art, oil paintings, tapestries and genuine museum pieces.Majestic salons with marble fireplaces, stone entrance, coach house... together form part of a step back into Mallorca's renaissance period.Only the swimming pool, located in the spacious garden area, remind us that we are in the 20th century. The bedrooms maintain the feeling of the era, however they are fitted with all the modern comforts, air conditioning, central heating, TV. with... channel, mini bar, telephone and spacious bathrooms. Dogs weighing up to 12 kg are admitted free of charge.

The setting was lovely & the house like a baronial mansion with antiques & lovely furniture. Very quiet in early November but we were able to sit out in courtyard as weather good. Lovely bedroom & sitting room. Only criticisms were that bathroom could benefit from a bit of updating (bottom of bath very worn) & it did get chilly at night as there didn't appear to be any heating apart from bathroom. The girl at reception was lovely & we had fun practising our German with her. Food in restaurant was fairly good, but unfortunately we were the only people there on the 2nd night.
