I arrived late due to weather delay. I called your help desk and was advised that you would inform Capella that I was delayed and to extend my reservation. When I arrived, I found no record of my reservation and the rate was not honored. The hotel did not attempt to contact you nor to provide anything other than two days lodging. I moved to another hotel two days later. This whole travel reservation and communication between you and the hotel was horrible.
3 restaurants: 2 buffet "El Batey de la Costa" and "El Pescador", 1 gourmet à la carte "Chez Fontaine" (specialized in French Cuisine). 5 Bars: 1 in each swimming pool (wet) "Las Redes" and "El Carambola", 1 in the entertainment amphitheatre "Flamingo's Bar", Bar "Las Olas" and 1 Beach Bar. 3 Convention and Congress Rooms: "Salón 2000" with capacity for 90 people, "Salón Ejecutivo" with capacity for 20 people and "Salón Caribe" for 50 persons.
