it was a nice apartment to stay in. however, there was a need of clean towels almost immediately witch was not included in the extra 50 euro that was payed. it said on veneres homepage that it was AC in the apartment, witch was turn of during our stay.

The apartment was a lot tattier than the pictures on the website suggested, but perfectly clean. The air-con was not working, which would be a big problem in the middle of summer, the satellite TV had very few stations that actually worked, and a couple of other things were broken. There is a noisy bar at the end of the street so you'll need ear-plugs if you want to sleep! On the plus-side, the kitchen is well-equipped, the staff were really friendly and helpful, it's really near the beach and doesn't take long to walk to the centre (10-15 minutes, or the Barceloneta metro station is about 5 minutes away). Try the local bars for food - there's one just around the corner where you'll get good, cheap food and friendly service. Overall, we had a good holiday once we'd got over the initial disappointment of the shabby condition of the apartment.

It is a small apartment, but it was very clean, located in a busy area and close to the beach. If you are coming from the airport, make sure you take the train not the metro to this location and its a 10 min walk from there.

Very good appartment, it is also in the best place in barcelona: in front of the sea... Fate molto attenzione alla caparra di 150eur che lascerete all'home advice spain; date anzi i contanti che la carta...vi scaleranno 35 euro sicuramente perchè diranno che la casa non era troppo sporca...Attenti,sono disonesti!!!!

appartamento completamente accessoriato, molto pulito, ottima posizione vicino al mare, anche se la zona non è tra le più ricche di Barcellona comunque vale molto di più di quello che costa
