apartment - living room Home Advice Spain- Q is a cosy apartment situated in the quaint Barceloneta quarter, in Barcelona, once an independent village where the fish industry of the city was concentrated. When entering Barcelona by the main road, you will immediately notice that Barceloneta has preserved its greatest treasure: the art of preparing seafood. From the beginning until the end of Joan de Borbó avenue (the main entrance road where the apartment is situated), you will see many restaurants. Reaching the end of Joan de Borbó, begins the Barceloneta beach area, a great place to be during the whole year.

apartment - double room This 55 sqm apartment features a kitchenette, two bedrooms and bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. The apartment is furthermore equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, direct dial telephone, table, chairs, ironing facilities, fridge, satellite TV, radio and heating.

Nice appartment, close to the harbour. The 2 main rooms are ok, and the 3rd is quite small. The area is well linked to the rest of the city by bus, and pretty close to restaurants. The main drawback was that there were nobody waiting for us at the appartment. We had to take the keys quite far away.

Die Lage ist super, mitten in Barceloneta, idealer Ausgangspunkt vor allem zum Strand. Wir waren nur 3 Personen für das Apartment, daher hatten wir genügend Platz, das 3. Zimmer ist ansonsten ein bisschen klein geraten. Wir würden aber jederzeit wieder einbuchen.

Home Advice was very accomodating and flexibile. We didn't stay in Apartment Q, as we were bumped from our first reservation. But they put us in comparable apartment near Las Ramblas. The price was a bit steep for the area -- but the apartment was new, clean, and well located on Marques de Barbera. The streets around us were a bit seedy at night, but felt safe enough. We would stay there again.

The 3rd bedroom was a cupboard, and also a smell for window. We arrived before 22.00hr and was still charged 50 euro late arrival. Charge excessive for Visa payment.
By public transportation The nearest underground stop is Barceloneta, on the L4 yellow line. By airplane From Barcelona-El Prat international airport, take the Aerobus to Plaça Catalunya, take the L4 green line to Passeig de Grà cia and then switch to L4 yellow line towards La Pau. Get off at Barceloneta and you will find the apartment only a few minutes walking distance.
Guests can leave their car in a public parking area located nearby.
