My poor rating results from the fact that I reserved a sea view room but did not get one upon arrival. I arrived on a Monday mid-afternoon in late September and was told that no ocean view rooms were available, regardless of my reservation. The hotel offered to move us to another, lower rated property involving getting back into the car, which we strongly preferred not to do. The staff made no effort to compensate us, for example with a free drink at the bar. We did pay a lower rate for the room we took than for the sea view. The staff also was not helpful with specific directions for a market in the town center, saying "500 meters that way" with a wave of the hand. The setting on the beach is very nice. I would return, however, only with a more specific guarantee of the sea view. Had we been staying multiple nights in hot weather, we would have been even more upset.

Very clean and orderly hotel, good value evening buffet, friendly staff. Good price/quality. Only problem - very uncomfortable beds with hard mattresses.

Made reservations for second couple as well as ourselves. Our friends required additional reservations for the next stop on their tour. The hotel staff provided willing assistance which included the use of their email address and networked printer to provide confirmation hardcopy of the hotel reseervtations when they were made.

There was confusion about the room we had booked. Confirmation that we had a sea view was incorrect. However the staff sorted this out and were very helpful. The breakfast is good but the coffee is appalling! Needs to be rectified.

We spent a few days at this hotel in December and were so impressed that we came back with friends. We love the decor and the public areas and the sea front position. The food is also great (but relatively expensive) while the board charges offer treemendous value for money. Perhaps not the place if you want superb leisure facilities but for a quiet relaxing stay at a bargain price we've never found better. Watch out that lateral sea view means a side room where you see the sea from the balcony.

the only problem I encountered is that the reservation had not been done ! Happily, the hotel was not full and two rooms were available when we arrived.

A good holiday in the hotel, but the food at breakfast was not always hot and fresh
The hotel's buffet restaurant offers a weekly selection of themed regional and international menus, as well as a dietary variation. A highlight is our entertainment programme for adults and children that fills July and August with fun and games. Our quality programme identifies Prestige Hotels as a chain with excellent service and care for our guests. Restaurant: full buffet service. Cots and car parking spaces can be hired at the hotel reception. Pets are not allowed.
