En general el hotel logró satifacer mis expectativas. El hotel es limpio, tiene una estación de metro cerca y la atención del personal es amable. Creo que debe mejorar la variedad de sus ofertas en el restaurant. Durante la semana que estuve, todos los días hubo el mismo menú de oferta.

Great hotel, all very clean and secure. Comfort bed, good decoration. Very good price. Delicious buffet breakfast but cost 8 euros. Great location just few steps to the subway. 100% recomendable. we'll come back for sure

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The rooms were clean and the staff very attentive. Even though we took the Metro on on the worst day possible, the Saturday of the Rugby World Cup final and also a metro strike, we had no problems following your instructions from Roissy airport.

PROS: Clean, modern rooms that are serviced daily; basic tea/coffee facilities in-room; minded bags on last day; very close to metro. CONS: Staff were unfriendly, unwelcoming and at times, insulting; expensive considering location in the 17th; no decent cafes or boulangeries nearby; a safe but no iron or fridge in-room!

We checked out a day early and were having some trouble changing our booking on-line. the lady working at the front desk went out of her way to make sure we got the best deal possible and didn't have to overpay on anything. It's true that Paris is not known for it's good service (we got yelled at at the tourist centre) but the lady at the front desk proved that not all Parisians are rude. The hotel is very close to a metro stop, and if you are driving a car it is easily accesible from the highway, without driving through the centre of Paris.

I booked a triple room which actually was a double servicing as a triple with an additonal folding bed with a rather poor matress. The space for 3 adult people was quite restricted. I had to enter in the wardrobe to jump down from the bed.

Front desk staffs were not friendly. We stayed at 8th floor so we could here less noise from underground metro. Transport to other part of the city is well connected from this hotel. Shops are at walkable distance. If I happen to go to Paris next time, I will prefer this hotel. Ask for upper floor to stay (minimum 8 )

Sehr kleines Zimmer, in dem auch noch eine Matratze als Drittbett hervorgezaubert wurde. Sehr sicher, da auch Aufzug, Treppenhau und Garage nur mit Key benutzbar. Frühstück(8€) für Paris sehr vielfältig und erfreulich.

It was a Nice hotel but the room that we had booked was very small we have a big dog and he did not had any space to walk arround so we asked for a bigger room and we got a room for disabbled people and that was ok. We had to wait a very long time before our room was ready to go in it wasnt clean yet 14.30. We had a nice stay in paris

Area not as bad as some other reviews make out. Arriving back from central Paris at midnight not a problem. Parking facilities were excellent but 10 euro/ 24hr

We were just two nights and in my opinion we found a good hotel and, above all, a very good price! It is true that is not the center of paris but the subway and train stations are just in front of the hotel so it is quite well comunicated. The service of Venere was as good as allways. Thanks.

Fue muy facil localizar con las indicaciones de tomar el metro y el RER, en el amplio mapa de trenes de Paris. Nos encanto a mi esposa la tina del baño y a mi el petit desayune. La atencion de los empleados fue excelente e inclusive uno de ellos hablaba un excelente español y nos dio importantes consejos. como comprar para 10 viajes el metro, la ubicacion de Versalles, etc. Todo concuerda con los datos indicados por Venere en fotos y los mapas.
