Hotel could provide a menu for children. Hotel is very good and you need a car to visit Florence. It is worth than paying a lot to stay in the city center.

Very good hotel. We were suprised that its located behind a veterinary hospital, but it was just a bad impression. Excellent quality of service, rooms and breakfast. A little far from Firenze. Not recommended for people visiting Firenze without a car. Ther is a Shopping Mall 500m from the hotel I GIGLI.

My family and I spent a very enjoyable stay for 2 days at this hotel. The service and standard of the rooms provided was exceptionally high and I would definately stay there again. The only downfall was the situation of the hotel, as it was not near the centre of Florence. However the hotel also offers the use of a free shuttle service to and from the centre of Florence, although the time schedule of the service was poor and ended too early in the evening. Excellent breakfast and superb decor.

By car From the A1 Milano-Roma highway, take the Calenzano-Sesto Fiorentino exit and head right, following the indications for the Centro Commerciale-I gigli. Pass three round-abouts, and turn right at the first set of traffic lights. The hotel is situated on the left. By train The Calenzano railway station is only a 15 minutes' walk from the hotel. By airplane The hotel is situated around 7 km from the Amerigo Vespucci Airport.
Free parking is available for hotel guests in an underground carpark.
