One night stay to visit relatives. Breakfast very disappointing. Coffee machine not working properly,no tea bags and the toaster had a mind of its own. Could have been a lot worse.

Not very good, at to wait 20 minutes for the room to be cleaned and this was at 5pm! The room was fronting a very busy and noisy road, the room was very hot, however, the staff did try to help by giving us their office fan.

L'hotel è stato ristrutturato da poco,quindi le camere e l'intera struttura sono ben tenute, unica nota dolente (relativamente)la richiesta anticipata del denaro in contanti,perchè se si paga con carta di credito si deve un sovrapprezzo.Per quanto riguarda la prima colazione non so dirvi perchè in sei giorni che sono sato li, mi sono svegliato sempre così tardi da non poterla fare,se non erro è dalle 7,45 alle 8,30.Gli impiegati sono educati anche se , conoscono solo l'inglese , quindi per chi è a corto della lingua o alle prime armi, bisognerà sudare un pò per farsi capire.Le camere sono silenziose quelle sul lato opposto alla strada principale (seven sisters road), le altre un pò meno ma si dorme lo stesso visto che c'è un bel parco di fronte.Per me,single, lo spazio era più che sufficiente ma comunque anche le doppie sono abbastanza grandi, visto che gli ultimi due giorni ho dormito in una doppia.Di notte è meglio tenere un filino le finestre aperte visto che il riscaldamento è presente anche se i radiatori sono chiusi.tutto sommato una buona struttura, rapporto qualità prezzo buono, ci sarei andato anche in coppia o con famiglia.

At arrival they said that they had not received a fax of the reservation and no room available. Yet, after insisting and showing the confirmation SMS there was a room available... Didn't like that part. But for the rest you get what you pay for. The breakfast is poor and in another building. Next time in London I'll try another hotel.
