All of the rooms have a private bathroom with bath or shower, hair dryer, heating facilities, Internet access, satellite TV and direct dial telephone. Some rooms have a terrace and some accommodations boast beautiful views over the garden. Two rooms are specially equipped for disabled persons. Non-smoking rooms are available on request.
A continental buffet breakfast is served in the restaurant each morning between 7 a.m. and 10 a.m.

The correspondence between the image portrayed at the web - both at venere.com and other sites - is devestating. This "charming" hotel is tucked away between two major roads and next to a Formule 1, and not in a countryside setting, as indicated through both pictures and the following verbals.

We only stayed one night but the welcome was excellent. The staff coped with our poor French and were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was extremely good. The evening meal was tasty and well presented. The sign boards giving directions as we approached the hotel were good as the map/directions on the web site were rather vague. We would certainly stay there again if we visit that area again

A low-cost hotel at a good price. I had no great expectation for it but was astounded by the friendly staff (English speaking with a smile when required too), the superb food and the great value for money.

Excellent small hotel. Food really good. Stayed here to vist Somme and other nearby war graves. Stayed for three days. Hotel is convenient for such itineraries. Close to motorway but still quiet.

The restaurant is somewhat to poche. When you travel several hundreds of miles you want to have a good meal, and not some "haute cuisine"

This was a very special visit for us. We were visiting WW1 sites including that of a relative. Staff were excellent with us and the restaurant and food were both particularly good. Thank you

By car From the motorways A2 and A26, take exit 14 Cambrai Ouest. The hotel is located just after the toll booth on the right side.
