The cuisine is always very well prepared and draws its insiration from the priceless national and regional art of cooking, which, from this year, will pay evening dinner with choice of menu and, for those who want, our light midday platter with an abundant buffet of vegetables and alternative dishes, encapsulate the authenticity and supply of our local produce. The bar, the restaurant and the hall show a very personal and elegant touch.
