This charming, modern property lies in a peaceful green setting just 300 metres from lake Levico and 500 metres from the town centre. The finely-furnished hotel features an outdoor swimming pool and large attractive garden, inviting interiors and rooms, and a comfortable and warm atmosphere.

double room The hotel features 45 comfortable single, double, triple and quadruple rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, autonomous heating and hairdryer. Each room is further doted with a private balcony, many of which offer a splendid panoramic view of the lush surrounding landscape.

This is a large, reasonably modern hotel easily reached from the main highway east of Trento. I was looking for a budget room and in that regard was fully satisfied with the value received. The hotel is near a reasonably busy road and, while soundproofed, there was no air conditioning in the room so the choice was between quietness or air. The room was a reasonable size but somewhat spartan in appointment. Dinner was sound but uninspiring, however I was on half board so cannot comment on whether the a-la-carte menu options might be better. The breakfast buffet was equally uninspiring. Ample parking is available but at some distance from the hotel door if it is raining.

There were two women who worked at the reception desk who were extremely helpful. They went beyond my expectations in providing information that I needed, but could not have located on my own. They made me feel welcome and important. Unfortunately, I do not have their names, but they deserve to be commended.

Breakfast service with limited choices (only bread available, croissant only under specific request); room walls and interior in not so good condition compared to price; swimming pool clean and nice: the feature may help the balance between cost and service quality; no road signs to flag the hotel.

By train The Levico Terme railway station is situated around 2 km from the complex. By airplane The nearest airports are in Bozen, Verona and Venice, respectively at 80, 100 km and 147 km away.
