hotel outside The Residence - Restaurant Bosco delta Spina is located 20 kms south of Siena and it is actually composed of 14 apartments of various dimension,a Reception, a Bar and a bar lounge, a Restaurant hall, a Private parking for the Restaurant and for the Residence, and areas for living in the green. In the near future we will inaugurate two conference halls (from 50 to 100 people), an outdoor-indoor heated swimming pool that will be used also in winter season, and 12 more apartments with private covered parking for 28 cars. The entrance to each apartment from is the road of the little town "borgo" of Lupompesi.The entrances access to not more than 4 separate apartments at a time. The renovation has maintained, or better has enhanced, the optimal South-East exposure, of the whole complex: every apartment has both a view of the large valley, of the "Crete Senesi", and of the characteristic little Medieval town "borgo" of Lupompesi. The joining of the old traditions with raw materials of ancient flavor in a simple and linear style has brought to an extremely sober and at the same time elegant environment.

double room Each apartment is composed of: the kitchen niche simple but complete, the living-dining room with comfortable sofas in wood, velvet and leather that easily become wide single beds, a table on wheels that gives the possibility of eating seated near the window looking outside and a comfortable armoir. The bedroom is particular for its romantic and elegant double bed with a baldachin in solid wood. The bathroom has every comfort: extra infrared ray heating and a functional shower. Particular attention was given to the lighting system that with a game of lights can create different atmospheres at the discretion of our guest. The suites are flat apartments(with the possibility of dividing the various rooms) perfect for large families or groups of friends; it has a cosy terrace with a view to sunbathe in or to have company. Composed of: at the first floor in the mansard there is a master bedroom, and at the ground floor there is a large living room that can be transformed in two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. (the separation of the various rooms is done through electric courtains, once they are closed access to the rooms is only through wood doors). The Tower is a three floor apartment, all have a view of the valley and of the Tuscan Hills. Composed of: at the first floor two bedrooms with each their own bedrooms with shower, at the ground floor a living room with two sofabeds with orthopedic bed base and mattress in solid latex, another bathroom with shower. The Plus apartment, extremely confortable. Composed of: at the first floor by a master bedroom with two bathroom with shower. Radiant ground heating pannels and cooling for the summer. The /b> apartment is the most isolated one of the Residence particularly indicated for newly weds or for a group of friens. Composed at the first floor there is a living room with a sofabed and a chair-bed with orthopedic bed base and mattress in solid latex; electric cooking niche for a quick meal equipped with utensils, refrigerator and dishes. Two bathrooms with shower, ground heating pannels and cooling for the summer. A wide and cosy terrace with a view to relax sunbathe in. The Comfort type apartments are composed of one master bedroom and one living room with two sofabed (or one sofabed and one chair-bad) beds with orthopedic bed base and mattress in solid latex.
