HOW TO REACH THE HOTEL
By car
The national road 51 runs through Cortina in the North-South direction and the national road 48bis, of the Dolomites, from East to West.
From highway A27, exit at Belluno and follow the indications to Cortina.
From highway A22, exit at Bressanone and follow the indications to Dobbiaco.
From Cortina, follow the directions to the centre, going along via Guide Alpine. At the roundabout, take the one-way street, via Roma, straight ahead. Turn right on via Menardi (the first street on the right) and go until the end.
By train
The nearest railway station is Calalzo di Cadore (35 km away). Take a bus to Cortina, from the station.
By airplane
The main international airport is Marco Polo in Venice. Take the bus to Venice railway station and the train, from there, to Calalzo di Cadore, where buses go daily to Cortina.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from 2 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.
INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Use of the swimming pool, gym, sauna and Turkish bath is included in the price.
Health and beauty treatments are not included. Updated prices can be obtained from the hotel.
Parking is not included. Garage costs AC;40,00 a night and outdoor parking costs AC;25,00 a night.
Surcharge for half board is AC;70,00, AC;115,00 for full board.
Shuttle service to/from the Venice airport as well as limousine service is not included. Prices available on request.
Breakfast is included in the price.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policy: - 20 days before arrival: no penalty. - between 19-15 day prior to arrival: penalty equating 30% of total stay. - between 14-3 day prior to arrival: penalty equating 60% of total stay. - between 2 day and date of arrival: penalty equating 100% of total stay If the client fails to arrive the total amount of the stay will be charged. Upon confirmation we request credit card details and a security deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
