It is a modern hotel which seems mainly devised for executive or business travellers. The rooms are spacious, well equipped (TV, minibar, etc) and comfortably furnished. The employees are very kind and willing to help. Unfortunately their English is fairly poor, and communication can be approximate. Furthermore, many room appliances (safe, light bulbs, regulating handle of the air conditioning system) are out of order, which should not happen in a four star hotel. In order to stay up to its standard, the building should be kept with greater care
By airplane From Los Rodeos airport: Los Rodeos airport is located in the north of the island, at about 12 km/7.4 miles from the hotel (about 10 minutes by bus/car). Take bus line 102 (leaving every 30 minutes), 107 (leaving every 2 hours), or 108 (leaving every 2 hours) to Santa Cruz de Tenerife.Other options would be getting a taxi or hiring a car. All main car rental companies have offices at the airport. Take the motorway direction Santa Cruz and take exit 3 de Mayo. You will find the hotel half way along the avenue.From Reina SofÃa airport: Reina SofÃa airport is located in the South of the island, about 60 km/37.2 miles from the hotel (about 35 minutes by bus/car).
