METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.

In case of stays longer than 5 nights, it will be necessary to sign up a contract and contextually deposit 300 Euro for each apartment. Also, a weekly advance payment is required.
Final cleaning will be charged as well and will be done twice a week (tuesdays and fridays); the cost varies from 60 Euro to 75 Euro according to the chosen apartment.
Breakfast is not included.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of no show or late cancellation, the first night will be charged.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. You cannot cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a non refundable or prepaid rate.
