Muito bom hotel. Fomos em baixa temporada. Estavamos sózinhos no hotel. Café da manhã muito bom. Nâo fica em Aosta, mas sim em Polein (ao lado)

Nice hotel and staff, great breakfast room. Super value. Hotel is a great location if you have a car for seeing Aosta, Mt. Blanc and the Matterhorn. We got what we asked for, an upper room with a view. We had a great view across the valley if you looked up. If you looked down, you saw a gas station. The hotel had a restaruant which we did not try. We would stay again.

the hotel provided a excellent stop over location for those either entering or leaving italy. The staff were both friendly and profesional.I would have no problem in using this hotel again. As far as the client base, in the summer it would appear, from its position that seems not a lot to do in the day for familys, but in the winter if this a sking location it would be perfect. Overall it seems to suit the professional type, this however sould not be seen as a critisisum.

This Hotel is one of those places that restores your faith in customer service. It clean and the staff both helpful and courteous it is very convenient for the lift to Pila. There is a bus stop directly outside although you probably need a car to stay here as it is outside of Aosta. The only down side was some over enthusiatic children running up and down the corridors one evening but you can't blame the hotel for that. If you are English and don't speak Italian/French or German you may struggle as the staff appeared to speak limited english but that shouldn't put you off staying in this delightful hotel. Perfect for a skiing short stay.

Return visit to hotel after enjoyable first stay. Second stay just as enjoyable! The restaurant especially made us welcome even though they had spent all afternoon catering for a large wedding.
Ottimo, se devo tornare ad Aosta prt lavoro ritornerò lì

The hotel and the staff were very nice however the restaurant only stayed open for about two hours at dinner. Our biggest problem was finding the place. The map on the web site was of no help at all. I thought the red dot/circle was the hotel. The real location is not even marked. For those using MapQuest or any map service take note the hotel is in Pollein, not Aosta. The web site should include a detailed map with 'ALL' street names marked and the best routes from the autostrade.

Accoglienza rimarchevole soprattutto per efficienza e discrezione.

This is an excellent hotel that we would recommend without any restriction.Very nice people (owner), room cleanliness at the top , good food at the restaurant .We will stop there again during our next trip from France to Italy .We have only one suggestion : please indicate the Autostrada exit in the advertising (Aosta East when comming from France).
In general terms, we are really pleased but just one remark: rooms are not provided with air conditioned... and it is very hot in summer. But we really recommed it.
Although Aosta wasn't the easiest place to navigate through, we did eventually find the hotel - aim for Pollein or Pila and over the river there's actually a sign for Hotel Diana! Amazing views, and even the lack of air conditioning in the room and the building work next door didn't spoil it a bit, and it was actually great fun listening to the Italians talking to each other! Aosta is a great place, even for a stop over - everyone is very welcoming. A great stay overall!

Since Hotel Diana is not in Aosta, visitors without autos must depend on bus or taxi serice to get there. We arrived on the day of a bus strike so we had to use a taxi. Also, bus service ends mid-afternoon on Saturday and does not occur at all on Sunday. We were very pleased that the extremely accommodating hotel staff helped us out with our transportation issues. Also, the breakfast buffet is excellent!!
We really enjoyed our stay and would make a point of staying there again in the future. However finding it was difficult until we found that it was in the Pollein area of Aosta.

As a family of 5 we stopped here for a skiing break at Pila over the new year. This hotel was beautifully positioned, so much better than stopping in Aosta valley. Open the curtains & be greeted by mountains all around. Not only was the hotel better value than stopping in Pila itself, the drive up the mountain was simply breath taking, if a little daring. The staff were exceptional, so polite & friendly. Despite not speaking much english, they tried so hard to assist me after losing my passport on arrival at Turin - they even diaried to remind me to call the Consulate! We didn't try the hotel restaurant itself, only because the kids are such fussy eaters. However, it was incredibly busy over New Year & always full of local families celebrating, which is a very good sign. I can't recommend this hotel too highly. It is undoubtedly one of the best 3* hotels I have stayed in anywhere & I wouldn't hesitate to go back there again, at any time of the year.
all excellent but room too small for a three stars hotel. Sound isolation to be reviewed. People and all services are execellent.
