junior suite The hotel offers 53 rooms, including 26 junior suites and 27 standard rooms. Decorated with fine wooden furniture in a typical mountain log style, they are all equipped with private bathroom, hair-dryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, video-recorder, mini bar and safety box. All the rooms are also provided with either a terrace or a patio to allow you to fully experience the stunning view of Western Europe's highest mountain (4807 m). Rooms especially suited for disabled people are also available.
The breakfast buffet is served from 7.30 a.m. until 10 a.m. in the restaurant.

Our room was on the ground floor overlooking the mountains. We had french windows onto our own part of the garden. Surperb.

Great location and a beautiful panoramic view - provided you get a room with view. I stayed twice: both times it was a standard room, howver on one occasion I had a sweeping view of Mont Blanc, whilst the o´ther time they put us in the basement. I assume that superior rooms and suites all come with a view. Breakfast was very good quality wise however not superabundant - and they cleared the place at 10:00 am sharp, whilst we were still in the breakfast room. The spa is OK. Perfect if you want to ski in La Thuile and still be close enough to Courmayeur for the night out.

Professional, friendly staff and quality of facilities make this Hotel. Outstanding dining (albeit expensive). Unfortunately, a couple of noisy Conventions, with inconsiderate members, spoiled our stay to an extent (1 uninterrupted night's sleep in 5). Location map on web site could be improved for initial arrival.
By car From Milan it is a km 250 ride on the Milano/Torino highway in the direction of Aosta-Courmayeur. Exit at Morgex and follow the signs to La Salle (2 km).From Turin take the Torino/Aosta highway for about 170 km, exit at Morgex and follow the signs to La Salle (2 km). By train The town of La Salle has its own railway station and is connected to all of the major Italian cities via Aosta. By airplane The nearest airport is Torino-Caselle. Then you can either travel by car or take the train to La Salle station via Aosta.
Guests can use the free outdoor private parking area in front of the hotel or the garage which is subject to charges.
The restaurant La Fênetre is your window to the majestic Mont Blanc. Here you can sample the internationally renowned Italian dishes as well as the local cuisine. During the summer you can bask in the view of the soaring mountain in the large open-air terrace of the restaurant. The restaurant Le Casolette has a small dining hall ideal for a more intimate dinner or lunch. It seats up to 30 people.
