The location is great and obviously what the customer is paying for. However, the Congress was mediocre. Certainly not worth paying over $100 per night. Our floor(5th)had a very foul odor which made traveling to and from the room unpleasant. I do not plan on booking anymore reservations unless absolutely necessary.
