In the centre of South Molton, this charming 17th century, Grade II listed, AA 2-star rated hotel boasts a rich history, a friendly atmosphere, excellent food and cosy log fires. The George Hotel is located near Barnstaple and Tiverton, on the edge of Exmoor. Family run, it has 9 comfortable en suite bedrooms, the Exmoor bar, a residents? lounge, function rooms and a full ? la carte restaurant and private dining room. The entrance hall, restaurant and bar were beautifully refurbished in July 2007.
