The cottage is one of three that have been converted from a stone barn and milking parlour combining quality and comfort with traditional character. It is ideally placed in the heart of the Blackdown Hills, a designated area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, from which to explore the coast, national parks and Devon's many attractions.

Garden Cottage has the advantage of having its own secluded private garden as well as being able to make full use of the open space of the meadow available to all guests.

A bed (suitable for a child) can be placed in the bedroom for a small charge.
