The house boasts an attractive view of Aarhus Bay and is situated just a stone's throw from a wide sandy beach that is ideal for walking, fishing and windsurfing on the waves of the Kattegat Sound. The area is also home to artisans and artists, many of whom who welcome visitors to their open workshops. Odder is a charming shopping town full of atmosphere and boasting a host of speciality shops. Other sightseeing attractions in the area including Scandinavian's largest organic garden and numerous manor houses, museums and beautiful old churches.
