It is a great base for those visiting Dublin for events, beside the Royal Dublin Society, home of the Dublin International Horse Show each August, The Point Depot and the famous Lansdowne Road rugby grounds where all the international matches are played. It is only 2 minutes walk to the DART station which brings you to the city centre beside Trinity College. Less than 2 miles from the easily accessible city centre, the property is close to beautiful 4 and 5 star hotels, great bars and many good restaurants. Within walking distance of fine Georgian Dublin, this lively capital city is a thriving cultural centre, with many quality shops, cinemas, museums, art galleries and The Abbey and Gate theatres. South of Dublin there is easy access to beaches, Dun Laoire Harbour, Wicklow and the wonderful gardens at Mount Usher and Powerscourt House.
